Can't get my avatar to work [CLOSED]

Ok I went on online image editer and sparkled up my spyro yotd pic and it said it was downloaded but it isn't there whats going on?

nope it works but it says its downloaded but no pic. as you can see the other avie I made works but not the yotd one

Have you tried downloading the avatar to your computer and then manually uploading it in your profile?

Yeah... try using Photobucket or Imageshack first...

...wait, I'm pretty sure you can't put up avatars from websites, they have to be from your own files in the computer. >.>

If that's so, then why is there an 'Upload Avatar From URL' option on your profile?
