Skylanders Board in the First Slot [CLOSED]

Since it's been three years since DotD came out and Skylanders is now confirmed as the next Spyro game, does that mean the Skylanders board will get to be in the prominent place at the top of the Spyro Games forum? It only just now occurred to me that we still have to scroll past the relatively quiet DotD board to get to the more active Skylanders one. I'm more curious than anything.

Nope, like The Eternal Night before it, Dawn of the Dragon gets the top spot. It'll be there until the game after Spyro's Adventure is announced.

And the ordering isn't least active at bottom, it's:

  • Two most recent games
  • Console games in release order
  • Handheld games in release order
  • Mobile games in release order

I actually got used to Skylanders being the second board. If it changed, I'll end up falling into the DotD board on several occations.

Huh. I always thought it was just the most recent game that was put at the top and the rest stayed in order of release.

I think it works like dark said, two most recent at top, however the more popular of those two is the one at the very top. Dawn of The Dragon has been around longer and has gotten more attention as opposed to Skylanders, which was only recently added and hasn't had the time to get the attention to be bumped up the list.

Or maybe he has it in opposite order than what we're used to seeing everywhere else.

That doesn't seem to make much sense given how quiet it's been in the DotD board for the past few months in comparison to the more-or-less constantly active Skylanders board.

Popular as in constant activity wasn't quite what I was getting at. I mean in terms of total posts and topics, that sort of thing.
