I've been looking everywhere for a complete copy of Spyro 2 in Japanese (Spyro x Sparx: Tondemo Tours). Not a ROM or torrent, I want the actual physical game disc and it's case. So far, eBay, Amazon and a Google search hasn't turned up anything. Do you guys have any leads? Thanks for any help!

There was a time when it seemed slightly more common. I hope I haven't missed that boat. D: I know I could get it off Amazon Japan, but the Google translate pages don't reassure me enough to do that. Heck, I've even asked a local games import store and they said it would have to show up there first. D:

Wouldn't the game be region locked though? I don't know if you'd be able to play it on your American PS1.

Maybe I'm wrong about that. My mind is fuzzy about it.

Yeah, I want the physical copy because I'm a collector. The game, case and manual for the first Japanese Spyro game is amazing and I'd like the second one, too. Someday, it is not impossible that I'll have a system that can play non-NTSC games, too.

Thanks for the links, guys. Alas, I've seen them already and the one, at least, is way outside my price range. I like Elora, but not $150+ kind of like. I'm willing to spend $40 at most (and I did once see it for that price; shame I can't find it for that again D: ).

I know this isn't exactly what you want, but I found he Japanese Spyro 1 which looks damn nice for PS1, for under $5 roughly using my converter. Again, you'll need a bidding site for Yahoo Japan, but worht a try.

EDIT: Was a strategy guide.. not the game. I'll ask about and keep a lookout for you Razz.

Yay, Amazon Japan! That's possibly the best site to get it from, though it makes me a bit edgy. Ordering from the official site proper is usually possible, but from independent sellers is a different matter entirely.

Edit: Just placed the order with GameBaz (thanks for the link; turns out that was the site I had seen that was affordable but which I couldn't find). When it arrives I'll try to scan the manual and stuff.
