I love Red. I think he is an awesome character and as im very interested in both spyro and art would anyone mind drawing me a picture of red.

Like his design, and he had a good VA. But, as Darby said, he was just there, not much to him.

Understandable. He hardly appeared. He's like Malefor. You have this big build up, then....nothing. At least Malefor made a bastardly move.

I must heartily disagree there. Malefor had a lot of great build up in ANB/TEN but his appearance in DotD left much to be desired (Dr. Evil is a more competent villain).

AHT didn't do much for me initially, but Red was one of the things that stood out the first time I played it. He was the right kind of villain for that game and I liked his mix of comedy with sinister. Also, his design was great. He's not as great as Teena (but, really, who but Elora is? ) but he's still pretty cool.

Honestly I never finished the game, since as a kid I kept getting stuck. I'll start replaying soon, but until then I'll have to agree with Darby. He was just.....there, and he didn't leave an impact. But at least he wasn't like Malefor where they hyped him up.

Oh man, it is so worth playing now that you're older. The dirty humor is amazing.

I felt he was built up. He sounded like he had a big history, what with him having betrayed the elders and everything. I was at least hoping for a bit more explanation on this. And I was hoping there would be a scene between him and Spyro when Spyro was captured. But nothing.....

In fact, it was just like Malefor. He also betrayed the elders, and I was kind of hoping there would be a scene with him and Cynder while she was captured.

Meh, Red's an okay villain.

Given the nature of AHT, it was the sort of game where a villain is kind of "evil, just because" so the amount of backstory we got on Red at all seemed suitable to me. SL clarifies things and makes him good, which was nice.

With LoS, though, and the kind of building up Malefor had, there was no excuse for him to be so pathetic (and dumb; I mean...really, I've seen some stupid villain behavior but the stuff he pulled really takes the cake).

I just like his VA, really!
Especially his battle grunts!

Jess Harnell is fun. He voiced Red, Spyro, Hunter, Sgt. Byrd...pretty much every male character in AHT.
