I've been telling "BruceWayne80s" to stop their weirdness, and to follow the rules. But they just say that if they get banned/expelled from the site because of their atittude, they'll just make an entire account to get on the site (which is still against the rules). Is there a way to prevent this from happening????

IP BAN!!! YAY!!!!

yeah, i presume dark has a lit or a DB of our IPs so he can ban that.

an even better idea is that instead of IPs he gets our GUID (generated user id) and bans that.

Well... and IP ban will permanently prevent this user from returning (unless they get a new Internet Modem).

OR, unplug their modem, do some CMD stuff (cant be bothered to go into detail, you have to write dnsflush etc), phone up their ISP and ask for an IP change or use a proxy/proxy program. lol

People can bypass IP Bans. Sir Zant after I IP banned him came back not once... twice... but five times until Pika (our techno expert) found how he could stop the power of a proxy drive!
