Cynder dropped out of the sky. Although she really wanted to keep flying. She tried to stop herself from diving downwards. Below her she saw ground, this made her panic. The ground grew and she prepared herself for agonizing pain. She hit the ground, but went straight through it. She landed by a tree. It was monstrous in size. The tree opened up. Light beamed out between the roots. Cynder moved forward. She couldn't stop herself.
When she was in, she saw the tree lined with glowing crystals. She headed in deeper. She stopped at a large light blue crystal. Cynder put her foot out." What is this?" When her claw touched it, it glowed brightly. She covered her face with her wing. When the light faded, the crystal was gone. In its place was a blue dragon." W-where am i? What is this place." The dragon looked a her." This is my home, but you have come at the wrong time." Her voice was gentle sounding, but clear to listen to. Cynder looked at her."Huh?" The dragon raised her front foot and touched the top of Cynder's head gently. When her claw touched her fore head, the patterns on Cynder glowed like tiny crystals." Come find me..."

Chapter One: Old Home

Gaia looked at the temple. Though it no longer looked like one. It was all rubble. Gaia drooped her head." This is my fault, if i didn't get excited like i did, they'd still be here." Gaia walked away. She stopped by a stone, just smaller than herself. She knocked it into the pile of rubble. It made a part of the glass roof shatter. Gaia walked over and saw something glimmer inside." What the?" She pushed the rubble out of the way, and revealed all of the dragons with Karla. Gaia walked in around the rubble until she reached Coal. She was thinking of moving Coal and the others out. She went to grab Coal, something stopped her. There was something around Coal. She grabbed a handful of dust and poured it over Coal. The dust sat in mid-air, just meters away from Coal. Gaia backed out, not knowing what was going on. Gaia remembered something she'd learned from Dazzle when she was sick." Vi unknown jedark tepohaic lorita thy, duulo astahi de asta fethos!" A bright glow came from the rubble. A strange humming sound came and faded.
Gaia went back to Coal. She was able to move them from the fallen temple and out into the open.

" Coal, wake up!" Coals eyes jolt open." W-what happened?" Gaia tells her all she knew.
Everyone started waking up, one by one, they all explained they saw something. When Spyro woke, Coal asks if anything strange happened to him." Well, i was watching the sunrise, but when it came up, the sun was black." Coal explains that everyone had the same dream. Cynder told them she saw nothing, although what she really saw could help them all explain the strange dreams. Karla gets up and walks off." Karla, where are you going?" Karla looks back at Coal." Look at this place, theres so much vegetation! There so much to see and explore, and its time for me to follow my own path." Vexcity shakes the rubble off her wings." I'm off to go stretch my wings, it feels like forever since i last flew!" Faie looks at Coal." I think we should go see Dazzle." Coal laughs." Faie, its only been a day since we came back, we should rest." Gaia looks at everyone agree with Coal." You guys have to be joking! it's been almost two months since anyone saw you last!" Everyone looked round in shock." But thats impossible!" Gaia laughed." Well you all proved it was!" Coal looks at Faie." Maybe we should go see her, we said we would when we had the time!" Coal and Faie flew off to the Kalamar Valley.
" Gaia, where's Flame, and Sparx staying?" Gaia looked at Spyro." You should know where, in Kalmyk of course, the small village outside the Valley of Avalar?" Spyro nods and thanks Gaia." Cynder, i want to show you something." Cynder looks round and follows Spyro to Kalmyk.

Saphira watched her sisters play with the butterflies. She looked at them and decided to join in. Soon, when she'd had enough, she could smell something familiar. She jumped into the air and flew as fast as she could." CYNDER! LOOK OUT!" Cynder looked in front and saw what looked like a flying black blob coming straight for her. It stopped just meters away from her face." Saphira!" Saphira purred contently, and again joined her sisters playing with butterflies.
" SPYRO! is that really you?" Spyro looks back and sees Sparx behind." Have you seen any other purple dragons round here lantern?" Sparx looks at Cynder." And you brought her back with you." Spyro looked at Sparx."SPYRO!!!"
Spyro looks round and sees Ember speeding down at him." You came back for me!" Cynder looks at the pink dragon heading for Spyro." Uh Spyro, who's that?" Spyro looks at Cynder with concern." Uhh..."

Chapter Two:Why can't they get on?

"EMBER!!" Spyro pushes Ember away. She gets herself back up and looks between Spyro and Cynder. Ember looked at Spyro." Who's that?" Ember points her wing at Cynder." Ember, this is Cynder, Cynder this is Ember." Cynder smiles at Ember. Ember just stares at her." Well.... Cimba... Whatever your name is, I'm sure Spyro talked about me a great deal while he was gone." Cynder looked at Ember." Its Cynder, why?" Cynder was confused." Listen, Cina, I'm sure you and Spyro had a great time traveling together, but, SPYRO IS MINE!!!! SO CRAWL BACK INTO THAT CAVE YOU CAME OUT OF!!!" Cynder looked at Ember, she tried to hold it in. The look on Embers face was pride.Any minute she'll break down in tears, he h.e Cynder couldn't hold it in anymore." BAH, HA HA HA!!!" Cynder was doing the exact opposite of what Ember wanted. She was rolling round on the ground, laughing. Ember looked at her." Grrr." Cynder stood back up." You really think i'd be afraid of a cute little pink dragon like you, honey, you couldn't scare away me let alone a bug for that matter." Ember looks at Spyro with sad eyes." But Spyro!" Spyro looks at her." Sorry Ember, Cynder, come on, theres still a lot to show you."
Spyro takes Cynder to crystal waterfall. The water was so pure that it was clear all the way through. It was also called the crystal waterfall for another reason. Behind it was a stone, it was all crystal." Wow Spyro, this place is incredible!" Spyro and Cynder continued on a short while after. Not knowing it, Ember was following close behind.
They entered a small patch of forest. They dew drops from the rain were dripping off the leaves. The ants were collecting the sweet honey dew from the dew tree. The bees were buzzing round, collection nectar for honey. Every now and then, they'd see a fawn bounce past with it mother. Stopping to smell and taste many different plants. Ember stepped out behind them. Looking the other way. She bumped into Spyro and pushed Cynder into the nearest shrub." Isn't this beautiful Cyn-AH EMBER!! What are doing here? Wheres Cynder!" Ember looks around." Gee, i don't know, maybe she left you for someone else." Ember heard a loud pitch scream and turned round to see red rings coming for her." AHH!" Ember moves out of the way. only to be hit by one ring." Listen, Ember, don't try to get rid of me." Ember stands up." Me and Spyro are destined to be! so back off sister!" Cynder spreads out her wings." So thats how you want to end this?" Ember spreads her wings out." I could beat you with my eyes closed." Cynder laughs." I wouldn't want to hurt you Ember." Ember turns red in anger." I will have Spyro one way or another, you don't deserve him!" Cynder was raging and wanted to teach her a lesson, but kept her rage locked up." What, the l'il black dragoness is scared to a adorable pink dragon that will win Spyro back?" Spyro looked at Ember." Uh Ember, you might not want to do that." Ember starts again." Why not? is she going to hit me with her Scary red rings?" Cynder couldn't keep it in any longer." Thats it, you asked for it!" Cynder disappeared underground. Ember looked round, confused." Huh?" She felt a force lift her into the air and saw Cynder jump at her and sent them both rolling down the cliff. Spyro sighed." Why can't they just get along?"
Cynder pushed Ember off her to the side. Ember went to jump on Cynder." See ya Ember!" Ember looked at Cynder." Hu-ahhhhh." Cynder blew her away with her wind. Ember went flying through the bushes, clearing a path and was pushed into the air current out of the forest." Cynder, are you ok? Where did Ember go.? Cynder stood up." She decided to take an unsuspected flight." Cynder looked at the path that Ember had made. She and Spyro followed the path for a while. Cynder gasped. In front of her were willow trees. It was made of pure diamonds for the the trunk, branches and roots. The leaves and vine part were made out of a blue crystal. Cynder closed her eyes and kept them shut...

Chapter Three: Enchanted Forest

Cynder opened her eyes. She was in some sort of forest. The trees were ranged in all different colors. When she walked, she left a glowing path that eventually faded away. Cynder headed further in. The further in she got, the denser the bushes became. The river was pure silver. Cynder walked down and cupped some in the membrane of her wing. To her surprise, the water turned into solid silver within a matter of seconds. What is this place. A bush rustled near by. She didn't take much notice until a black smoke seeped out of the bush and snaked its way for her. Cynder started to panic. She took flight and followed the silver river. Whatever was following her was getting faster and faster. Cynder pushed her wings to the limit. Her wings suddenly became numb. She couldn't move them. She was dropping down into the river rapidly. She tried to move her wings, they wouldn't. Cynder remembered something she taught herself to escape danger. She nose dived to the river, and moved her wings to one side. She touched the river, and just managed to swerve out of the way. The smoke went straight into the water and vanished without a sound. When Cynder landed, she noticed she had a metallic taste. She felt something run down her throat. She swiped her paw over her face quickly. She had silver on the back of her paw after she swiped. When the feeling vanished from her throat, she suspected nothing wrong. Suddenly, her breathing became heavy and hard. She felt dizzy in the head. Cynder tried to get in as bigger breaths as she could. Her sight became clouded and slow. She collapsed. She quickly saw herself fly back through the forest, down the silver river, through a waterfall, underwater, back up and she glimpsed the diamond willow....

Cynder woke up. Her breathing was back to normal. Spyro looked at her, curious." What happened Cynder?" She looked at him with concern." I lied to everyone, i did have a strange dream, but nothing like you did. I thought it might go away if i ignored it, back that only made it worse."
Cynder told him about what had been happening.
" Cynder, you should go look for it, maybe it'll help explain things better, maybe for all of us." Cynder looked at him." You're right, but what about Ember?" Spyro looked at Cynder." I can keep her away easy, don't worry."
Cynder headed back with Spyro. She picked up her black leather bag, and Saphira and her flew off into the forest and landed by the diamond willow where they would search for a pool of water.
Ember looked at Cynder fly off." So blacky is gone, without Spyro, nows my chance to win him back! Ember chuckles evilly." What are you doing Ember?" Ember looks at Sparx." Uh nothing." Sparx flies away and she continues her evil laugh. (which doesn't sound very evil BTW)

Chapter Four: Ember's Scheme

Spyro turned around and faced Ember. She smiled at him and flickered her eyes. Spyro sighed and walked away." Ember, leave me alone." Ember looked at him walk away in through the gate. Hmm... Thats it! Flame! He may not want me round yet, but Flame, i'm a genius! Ember jumped into the air and flew into the hut." Flame! I need you to do something for me." Flames face went blank." Uhhh.... Ember, the last time i helped you, i almost got eaten alive by a BEAR!" Ember looked at him and shook her head." Ah, yeah sorry about that, but this time theres a reward for it." Flame lit up." I'm in! what is it!?" Ember pulls out a bag, opens it. Pieces of crystals fall out. Two gold, two crystal and diamond. As well as the very rare and powerful obsidian. Flame looked at the treasures." Ember! Where'd you get all of these?!" Ember looks at him." Will you do it or not?" Flame took a step back." Yes, i'll do it...... What am i doing?" Ember looked at him devilishly." Spyro wont talk to me, but he'll talk to you, you soften him up, and i'll come in and comfort him! Then we'll be together and blacky will be history!" Flame looked at her." Ember, let it go, Spyro's with Cynder now, move on, aren't i good enough. Ember flared with anger." I AM AN ADORABLE PINK DRAGON! I HAVE TO BE WITH HIM!!!" Flame collected his treasures and backed away from Ember." Ok....... I'll go talk to him."

Chapter Five: Enchanted Wood

Cynder swam up to the surface of the water, gasping for air. She looked around, it was exactly like her vision. She walked out of the water and beated her wings, removing any water that may affect her flying. Saphira darted out of the water and quickly shook herself dry." Thanks for waiting for me." Cynder looked at Saphira." I have to breath too." Saphira didn't respond. Either she pushed me out or knew Cynder was right.
As they continued on, Cynder started to feel as though not someone was watching her, but something other." There's the silver river!" Cynder walked to the edge to get a better look." Cynder, you said you saw the silver river and something..." Cynder looked back at a bush. It was moving. She walked closer until she was a couple of meters away. A black figure jumped out of the bush. Cynder managed to side step it." FLY SAPHIRA! FLY!" They both took to the air and dived through trees. Cynder quickly jumped out of the air and dived down to the river. Just when she was about to hit the water, she spread her wings and landed on the other side. The creature went straight into the water. When Saphira landed, Cynder was trying to get some of the water off her tail. Something bubbled in the water. Out of no where, the once black creature flew off. Splashing water everywhere. Cynder felt something wet drip down into her mouth. It tasted bitter." No, no no no!" Cynder's chest started feeling heavy. Her breathing became short. Her vision started to blur. She felt tired, Cynder didn't want to sleep, but she had no control. She collasped. They last thing she saw was a leopard.....
" She's waking up." Cynder's vision was still blurry. She couldn't her anything over her pounding head." W-where am I?" Cynder heard a light gigle." You are in Enchanted Wood."

Chapter Six: New abilities

Cynder looked round the room at everyone. They weren't cheetahs, so what were they. One of them looked at Cynder." And if you're wondering, dragon, we're leopards." Cynder looked at her strangely." How'd you know what i was thinking?" She knelt down and put a bowl on the floor by Cynder." We can't read minds, its the first thing everyone asks. My name is Quooria." Cynder looked at the bowl in front of her." Mine name is Cynder, um, this bowl?" Quooria looked at her." Drink it, it'll help you recover faster." Cynder started drinking it. It tasted revolting, although, if it was going to help, she had to finish it." My friend, where is she?" Quooria pointed to her left." She asleep. She should be strong enough to continue soon." Cynder stood up shakily." Did she drink the water?" Quooria nooded." She'll be fine, now shes here." Cynder had a bitter taste in her mouth, almost like she had a metal tounge." But there is something you should know Cynder, somehow, every dragon thats sirvived from drinking the water, ends up with the ability to turn anything into solid silver." Cynder took a step back." Dose that mean anyone i meet?" Quooria looked at Cynder sideways." I'd be solid silver, wouldn't i?" Cynder nooded. " We wouldn't be able to tell you much more, you'll have to continue in seeking out reilynkia." Cynder looked at Quooria, suprised." How'd you know i was looking for a dragon?" Quooria sighed." Because, every dragon that passes through, is looking for another dragon. But we see them go in, but we have never seen one come out." Cynder dropped her head." Then i came all this way for nothing." Quooria looked at Cynder." Maybe not, i can lead you half way, but no further."

They arrived at the entry of the black forest. Quooria walked over to a rock and read out the inscriptions." Abandon hope. Survive and reward." Cynder looked at Quooria." What dose that mean?" Quooria shrugged." I don't know." Cynder looked at Saphira." Any ideas?"" No, but i geuss we'll find out soon."

Chapter Seven: Run away

Flame walked into the forest, Ember following close behind."Hey Spyro! Can i talk to you?" Sparx flew over." He went off hunt'n a while ago, but i'll pass on a message." Flame looked back at the bush where Ember was hiding. Ember nodded." Well, how do i put this. Now Cynders not here, Ember wants-" Sparx cut him off. " Spyro had tried to make it clear to her, that he's with Cynder now, not that i agree on it but they're happy, and Spyro dosen't hate Ember, he only sees her as a friend, nothing more." Ember dropped her head and headed away from Avalar, headed for the black forest." Thanks Sparx, hopefully, Ember will understand." Flame walked over to the bush. " Well Ember...... Ember?"
Ember was already halfway to the black forest. When she reached the entrance, she knew she wouldn't get back out, but she didn't want to. Ember knew what she just did, she was a run-away......

Chapter Eight: Never alone

Ember saw tracks winding down one of the branching paths. Footprints that were only minutes freash. Worried she might be ambushed taking that path, she took the path on her far right. She knew the forest was dense, that at any moment, trenches appear. Thats why so many never got out. She glided through the trees on silent wings, just like she'd watched the owls do many times. Though her wing span was much wider, she had to fly on a slight angle trying to miss tree branches. She alighted in a clearing where there were no trees for miles. The grass was taller than herself, so she had no choice but to continue flying. She saw something fly past her face and land in the grass. She looked back and saw nothing. She started beating her wings harder, trying to make her speed pick up. Something hit her from the right and wrapped round both of her wings. She tried to scream but nothing came out. She fell to the ground......

Cynder and Quooria were taking there time. Quooria was looking to the left for any enimies. Cynder was looking right. Saphira flew a little ahead. Her hearing was better than Cynder's or Quooria's, together. Something made Saphira stop and hiss. Cynder looked at her with concern. " What is it?" Saphira landed and arched her back." Ambush." She said it in a hissing tone. Cynder listened and heard something hit the ground." Quooria! Someones been ambushed! We have to help!" Before Quooria could say anything, Saphira and Cynder were halfway up the track.
Ember looked round and saw three creatures standing around her. She took a swipe at the one closets to her. As she hit it, it turn to dust and gathered back up farther away.
Cynder looked down at the feild. She couldn't see a thing. The grass was too tall." Don't worry! I see them!" Cynder looked up and saw Quooria sitting up in a tree with her bow and arrows. " What are they? The ambusher's?" Quooria looked down. " Sand spirits, they can only be killed with arrow's made from the water from the silver river." Cynder was impressed. How could they make arrow's out of the silver river's water? Quooria got the first one no problem. The others were a challenge. " I got them!" Cynder looked up, nodded and flew to where the creature was ambushed.
Cynder flew on until she saw something slightly shine.......... pink... She landed a few meters way and pushed her way through the grass. " Ember?! Is that you?!" Ember looked up and saw Cynder. She noded. "What are you doing here!" Ember sat silent. She wasn't going to tell. " She ran away. I read her mind. She ran away because- well- you know." Cynder didn't say anything as Quooria cut the rope off Ember. Quooria could see they were furious at eachother. As she cut Ember free she started talking to Ember. " You should be thankful to Cynder." Ember looked at Quooria. " Why?! She took everything of my dreams and crushed them!!!" Quooria smiled. " If Cynder didn't hear something, we would've never found you- and - if she didn't run to the clearing as fast as she did-" Ember stopped her. " You mean, it was really Cynder who saved me?" Quooria nodded.
Quooria stood up. " Cynder, this is as far as i can get you in, you and Saphira are on your own from here on." Cynder nodded. " No they're not!" Ember stood up and looked at Cynder. " You saved my life, and really, i don't feel like travelling alone anymore and all my life i've had my head in the clouds, but you managed to pull me down-" Cynder stopped her. " Yeah, i think i understand what you're saying, now, lets go find this big creepy tree." Cynder, Ember and Saphira took to the air. " You mean, you came all this way to talk to some tree?" Cynder looked at Ember and chuckled slightly. " Something like that."

Chapter Nine: Reilynkia

The faituged travelers arrived at the foot of a great tree. It towered above all the others as far as they could see. Cynder walked forward a bit and saw a line of crystals down a tunnle through the tree. " I think this is it." Ember looked at the tunnle and shivered. " R-really, you're not going to go in there- are you?" Cynder stood at the entrance and walked in. " If whoever's here can help me and help get us out, then i think you know the answer." Ember looked around. " Um, i think i'll wait out here, you know, just incase. Cynder?" She looked at the tunnle and saw no one there. " WAIT!!! Don't leave me out here in the creepy forest! WAIT!!!"
The crystals lined on each side of the tunnle. Crystals growing from the roof of the tunnle also glowed brightly. " What exactly are we looking for. Cynder walked into the opening of a room in the tree. " I- don't really know. In my vision, there was a crystal in the middle of the room, but i don't see anything from my vision in this room." Ember came racing up to Cynder. " Well, looks as though someone must have beaten us here. Oh well, to bad, come on! lets leave this creepy place!" Cynder walked into the center of the room. " No, somethings not right. This isn't the room, there must be a trap door here or something." Ember droped her head. " Fine, i'll help you look, then, we leave here the instant we're done!"
"Cynder, look at this." Cynder walked over to where Saphira was pointing her wing. There was a circle of crystals on the floor. " What do you think we have to do?" Before Saphira could reply, Ember walked over and interrupted. " If its a hatch door, we need to put all of our weight to one side." Ember said it smartly. But it was a good idea. Ember and Cynder lined up with two crystals and leaned forward. Nothing. " It's not enough weight." Cynder looked at Ember sideways. Ember smiled. "My turn" Saphira landed between Ember and Cynder. Just as she landed the floor they were on eased forward. Next thing, they were falling.
They landed on something soft. They looked around and saw something that shocked them. There was vegetation, lots of it. and amongst it was........ nothing, nothing they could see anyway. " He, he, check this out." Ember poked a leaf. What made her laugh was that it was squishy. Unlike any kind of leaf she'd ever seen...... or in her case, poked. " Uh, Ember." Ember looked at the leaf. It lost the green color and went the colors of blues and purples. It growled at Ember and trotted off. Ember mumbled in shock. " T-that leaf, change color- walk way." Ember was astonished so much, she didn't make any sense. " Come on, theres another tree over there. That looks like the one."
As they walked inside the saw a dragon sitting in the middle of the room by a crystal. When it saw them, she stood up with the look of astonishment on her face. " Welcome Cynder, Ember and Saphira. I have expected you. I'm Reilynkia."

Chapter Ten: Darkness within

Cynder looked at her. " Alright, i'm here. What do you want?" The dragon walked back behind the crystal. " You're the first to ever make it here. You did well." She pushed the crystal and alined it in a circle with smaller crystals. " I called you here to ready you." Cynder walked forward. " Ready for what?" The dragon walked back over to Cynder. " Something is coming. I can't explain what. No one will see it coming." Ember looked at Cynder. " Think someones lost her mind." Why else, Quooria said you'd teach me something about a new ability." Reilynkia shook her head. " It is something you must teach yourself, although, i think it is time you release the darkness within." Reilynkia pointed her wing over to the crystal. Cynder walked over and saw the crystal wasn't real. Her wing went through it, but didn't reach the other side. " Elements and melee leave no effect." Cynder looked at her. " Elements-melee?" As she steped in she said it over to herself. Thinking about what she meant.

Cynder opened her eyes. She was standing on black flooring. She looked across and saw something that shocked her. " This wasn't what i thought." Standing across the room was herself, she now knew why so many feared her so much. " Elements take no effect nor melee." She tumbled from the attacks. " Then what takes affect?" She thought about all what Reilynkia had told her. But she hadn't told her much. " Release the darkness within." Cynder was only just learning the ancient language, but she knew it was worth a try. " Think, darkness." Cynder knew she couldn't dodge many more hits. She had to try it before it was to late. " Drekim whedab vur malsvir re jiil weyotipre youwei, si mi whedab though si mi ti malsvir!" Cynder looked forward and saw nothing. She looked around. She was alone. She had done it though.
Everything started fading away, and went pitch black.

Ember looked at the crystal. " Is she ok?" Reilynkia sighed. " Only if she returns, shes ok." Ember held her breath and started to panic a little.
A flash of light came from the crystal and Cynder walked out unharmed. " You fiured it out." Cynder nodded. " Yeah, but your hints really didn't help." Reilynkia smiled. " I couldn't make it too easy though." Ember looked from one to the other. " Yeah, i love chit chat as much as the next guy, but we should really head back to Avalar." Cynder nodded. " But, i don't know the way back." Cynder droped her head. " Neither." Cynder looked at Saphira. " I lost my bearings when we first entered." Reilynkia walked over. " No need to know the way back. Stand on the crystal and it will take you back to Avalar in a flash. Ember looked at the crystal impressed. " What can't it do!"
They stood on the crystal and thanked Reilynkia. " Thank you for helping us get back to Avalar." You made it here. It took you a good week. Now you get back in a second. After all, you were the first to make it here alive." Ember shivered again. " Watch out Cynder. Be ready for the unexpected."
The crystal flashed and everything went dark.....

Chapter Eleven: Bad feeling

When they managed to open their eyes without seeing bright light, they were standing by the crystal willow in the forest. Tired, but excited, they made their way back to the outskirted village by avalar.
When they arrived back. It was complete silence. " What! not even a welcome back- or something?!" Cynder looked over at Ember. " No, its too quite. Somethings not right." Cynder pushed through the gate. No one was there. " Cynder, i have a very bad feeling about this." Saphira made a point. " Come on Ember, we need to find out where they went."
After fifteen minutes of checking the village. No one could be seen. " Cynder, come!" Cynder franticly looked around for Saphira. When she Found her, Ember was with her. " Cynder, read this." Saphira layed the paper down by Cynder so she could read it.

" Now what do we do!" Ember hung her head. " I know where to find them. We'll be there by late afternoon."

The forest was cold and damp. The forest floor was more swamp than solid ground. They arrived at the entrance of the den exactly on time. Ember looked at Cynder. " Ok, right on time........ I'm scared!" Cynder rolled her eyes. " Its only one we'll be going up against. There's nothing to fear." Ember took at step back. " Yeah, thats easy for you to say. You have a element, fear! that makes me feel much more secure!" The three entered the den. Ready for anything.....

Final Chapter: Dawn Of Darkness

The cave was damp and knee high with bone chilling water. Bats flew out from every direction, very angry that their slumber was disturbed. " HEY! YOU! watch'ya think you're doing here! Theres enough racket in here without more." Ember pushed in front of Cynder. She didn't seem to happy. " Where is the racket? We'll leave you alone!" The bat landed on a rock beside them. " Go down and turn a corner. You can't miss." Ember noded at the bat as it flew off mumbling to itself. " I thought they were nicer than that." Cynder looked at her chuckled. " Guess he's been inturrupted one to many times!"
" Well, this dosen't seem to bad. There they are. Now where's this, thing who took them!"
" I don't know. He should be here." Just as the entered the room a bit more, stone grasped round their feet and stopped them from moving. " So, you think you could sneak in here that easy and make away with everyone? Well, i think you know the answer." Ember searched the darkness for any signs of movment. " Cynder, is___.........." Cynder nodded. " Yes he is the last of the shadow eaters." Ember growled with fear. " I'll make you a deal, i'll spear you're friends from death- but there must be a trade." Cynder tried to budge free. It was no use. " What is the trade?" He rolled a orb into the center of the cave. " They live.............. for your elements." Embers eyes grew wide. " Cynder! DON'T! its bad enough with you having them!" Cynder looked back at Ember and winked. " Don't worry, i know what i'm doing." Cynder used wind to replace the orb in skeleton case. As it sucked in the elements, Cynder felt sharp jabbing pains at a unbearable level.
" So, you chose to save your friends....... To bad they wont be around to appriciate it!" He pulled a lever down and lowered the cage closer to the melting lava. " NO! That wasn't the deal!" The creature chuckled. " You really thought i'd keep a deal! now the purple dragon will perish, and i have the elements of pure darkness!!" Cynder knew she still had something he didn't. A grin spread across her face. " So, what now, you have no elements, you're trapped in stone, so what else do you have?" Cynder gazed at the creature. " This." just as it left her mouth something glistened in the darkness. " NO! what is this!" Cynder stopped it when it was just above the knees. She quickly loosened the stone around her feet and pulled free. She ran over to the lever and pulled it back. It made the cage jolt quite a bit, the door on the cage flew open.
Cynder ran back over and smashed the orb. Releasing her elements and returning them. " You won't get away with this! Too many have fallen before the dragons! But your time will end, yes, very soon! it will be the month the dragons fall!" It only just made it out before he finished turning to solid silver. " Hey guys! Yeah Ember still stuck in stone!"

~~~one week later~~~

Cynder flew beside Coal and Faie coming back from hunting. It had been unsucessful. " I wonder what he meant." Coal looked at Cynder. " Meant what?" Cynder hovered beside a cliff and landed gentley. " He said that the month the dragons would fall was coming very soon. When all the dragons would__........." Coal stopped her. " You don't really think it will happen do you? He just wanted to make us feel threatend." Cynder nodded.

You may notice that Reilynkia sensed something was to happen, and then the last shadow eater. What was to happen would be othing that anyone could see coming, not even Ignitus, the chronicler. It would be a month of true terror for all. The month the dragons fall.......

You have a very nice style of flowing on, word from word but you need to pay attention to paragraphs and speech. When a new Character speaks, it must begin on a new line, not in the middle of a paragraph. It makes it more interesting and focused for the reader Good work tho!
