How do I make my own backround pictures. [CLOSED]

I've tried to make my posts on the backround picture, yet I couldn't find out how Can someone help me?

The reason Dark52 has a background in there posts is so you can't mistake them for a normal user.

Like the purple stripe on a Romen generals uniform.
