Thief in Frostbite Village [CLOSED]

Hi everyone, newbie here,

Could anyone out there please help.
I can't find the thief in Frostbite Village, I don't think he's too far away from Blink. I was wondering if he's in the area where you you come out after doing Blinks mini-game where a great big snowball comes down at you or if he could be in the area with the moving pedestals. I have a feeling he's in one of those areas.

If you could help I would be ever so grateful,

Dark52, thank you so much for an excellent walkthrough, have used it a lot. I completed Blink on the hard level in Frostbite Village first time following your walkthrough with no problems at all. Thanks once again.
