Did you guys notice that one game system is playable for this entire new trilogy???? (Which is the PS2, by the way.)

Both the DS and PS2 will supposedly have them all.

Wii... cause it can play Gamecube games WAYYYY better than the PS3 can play PS2 games.
But if you're not counting it... then DS and PS2 are supposedly gonna have them all. The supposedly REALLY applies to the PS2. >.>

Well, I just meant that the PS2 was the only console system able to play all three of the games. If you were confused, that's what I was trying to mean.
Side Note: Yeah, HIR, but the games for Spyro on the Wii will only include 2 out of the 3 games assigned for that specific system. But I guess you could use the Gamecube games in the system. I don't have a Wii, so I can't test this out to see if this would work.

Well, having got two GameCube games in my collection already to play on my Wii, I've seen how fluent they work out and I'm really happy with their way of backwards compatability here. It got to the point that I'm really considering slowly transferring some games in my PS2 library for GC incarnations.

I know... especially since this was Nintendo's first REAL go at backwards compatibility (given that the Gamecube was their first disk-based console and therefore could not play N64 games, otherwise it would have been a good place to start).

Sadly, I agree. T.T!! *can't play the LoS games on PS3 and needs a phone line in bedroom to get to 'Enternet' to look for hardware updates to play them* |

Why does everyone say they have PS3 backwards compatibility problems? My PS3 makes all my PS2 games look BETTER than they did on PS2 (except FFX, that game looks worse)
