I think it would be better putting an horizontal "member menu" below the games menu, it's like those seen at the Invisions Board forums when you can access all the main member options.

Not everyone likes them.... It's already on, but it's their choice wether they want it on or not.

Nothing, it's just that it would be good having a menu with all the functions members are able to do, like the known ones (guestbook, profile...) and some like: Top active topics, friend list and others you might think it would be good include here

Just got another idea, what if you could see who has you as a friend in the Private Message section or a color in their name?

The moderated messages is close enough to a warning system, which is generally a moderated messages with a percentage bar. Everytime you get moderated the bar fills up. If it reaches 100% then it's a ban.

It cools off after a certain amount of time.

Uhh, that seems pretty specific. There aren't that many header images in the first place, and secondly, you shouldn't care that much if you set the header to "random" lol.

I like the idea, there are some headers that I don't like, and others I like, it would be good to beable to choose them
