Why is the thunder breath blue in the classic spyro games?

I don't think it really matters. Anyway, I think it is possible for lightning to be blue, but I don't know for certain so don't quote me on that.

We get lightning of many different collors where I live, blue is one of the most common.

Yeah, lightning is blue. I remember when I was stuck outside in a thunderstorm and that lightning struck the ground kinda close to where I was standing. I probably should have been running instead of looking at what colour it was.
