I am gonna be 14 in 2 weeks and all my friends say im to old for Spyro so are there any other older Spyro fans

i'm 16 and i enjoy playing Spyro.

I'm 18 (just), and I know others that are way older than that.

I'm (not revealling my age) buy I've been an over-thirteen Spyro lover for ages. There are a lot of 13+ Spyro fans on this site.

i'm 19 turning 20 on the 24th. Since '99, I've been a Spyro fan and still rolling on.

I love Spyro and I'm 15! Although, I will admit, I did go off the series for a while, and it was right before TLoS started. So I stopped playing right when the games were getting mature!

I am indeed over thirteen and let me tell you, you are never too old to love Spyro. Who cares what other people say anyway if you like it you should be able to enjoy it no matter what age you are.

And about your friend's crap about you being too opld for Spyro is complete nonsense. I mean, look at Sparx- He said Cynder was sexy once! e.e I don't think that's right content for little kids. I'm not saying I think sexy is a bad word, it's just not very smart to say it in front of young kids. Kinda like the word crap.

Plus, the challenges are way too hard for little kids. Timing is required, and lots of looking around. I was clueless when I started playing Spyro at age three of four, I can't remember. .-.

You can never be too old to play Spyro. I doubt I'll ever grow out of my obsession. Nothing wrong with that.

I'm 17 and I have loved Spyro since 1998 when the first game came out and 2 top that I am NEVER going 2 lose my obsession w/ Spyro. My mom is 64 and she loves Spyro even. So just ignore what other people say to you like that. If you like it you like it and if you don't you don't. It's their problem not yours.

I tend to think that there are a lot of people over 13 who enjoy Spyro.. I look at there being 2 main waves of Spyro fans.. 1 for the orig. Series (16 and older mostly, like me) and 1 for the tLoS (12 under). Oddly, it seems as though you're in the middle.. the first wave is usually pretty reserved about their fandom unlike the younger.. you're closer to the youner, so they're probably saying that because they wouldn't know that there are older fans.

And anyhow, you're at that age where kids are just starting really get a place in school "society", and there are still kids who aren't mature. Being on a forums I'm going to assume that you're mature at your age... so.. just ignore them for a while and don't say anything abotu Spyro until a new game come out if you can help it

I am a fan Of both the older and newer spyro games, but I have to say that i like the newer ones better because there is more vilence then the older ones, but on the other hand the older ones are cool because there is more adventure.

It doesn't matter how old you are. If you enjoy the game, you play the game, and you'll continue to play it until you get tired of it.

The same rule applies to Kirby, or any other game series that someone might deem a teenager "too old to play".

I'm 16 and I'm still loving Spyro games (except DotD and AHT). Don't pay attention, if somebody is criticising you. They don't like Spyro, their loss.

people (at least most of the ones i know) are really crappy because they may make fun of someone for liking Spyro or someone else "for little kids" but they'll turn around and wear Dora stuff and things with Elmo....so really if ya love something ya can't ever be too old for it.

Agreed, older than 13 and still love spyro and not sure if that'll ever change, and yeah ik what ya mean AHT music sounded just like an easy background melody instead of what copelands had.
