Inspired by MCR's new songs; 'S.I.N.G' and 'Save yourself (I'll hold them back)'. It's a remake of my hatchling legacy.

I'll also be doing some artwork for it.


Chapter 1: The Beginning...

In the beginning there were three eggs in a valley guarded by a purple dragon, and another alone in the more 'dead' side of the valley. One of the eggs guarded by the purple dragon cracked then the other two.
"Cynder!" The dragon called. A large black dragon ran over.
"What is it Spyro?" She asked calmly.
"They're hatching." Spyro tried to keep calm.

15 Years Later...
---
Three young dragons gathered in a small field near a waterfall.
"Pass the ball Chelsea!" One of the three jumped in the air and hit the ball with her tail to the 'odd' sibling who had a different type of wing. The ball landed on the ground then at the dragon who was about to hit it.
"Ok you three, back inside!" Called Spyro. The three did as they were told. Another dragon was watching from the top of the waterfall. It smiled and turned around.

Chapter 2: The exiled...

The young dragon atop the waterfall walked back into it's cave. A bat flew down to it.
"Are joo okai?" It had a strang accent.
"I guess so..." The dragon mumbled, flicking his black hair to the side. The bat looked at him strange.
"Joo don't look okai to me..." The dragon shook his head smiling. The bat nodded then flew to the top of the roof. "Joo've been spying again, haven't joo?"
"Just once..." The dragon responded.
"I rememver ze last time joo spyed...she almost vound joo." The bat sounded upset. The dragon smiled.
"It wasn't the luckiest of days Kourin." He made up the exuse. The bat, Kourin, flew down in front of the dragon.
"Gerard, visten to me. Joo're not gonna get anyvere vith her, she's Spyvo's daughter, he vexiled joo-" The dragon, Gerard, interupted.
"-When I was born, I know the story!" The cave echoed. "Only because I was different, my element, what was it called again?"

~Part 2/3~
The three dragonesses looked up at their father.
"Time for training, again..." One of the three spoke.
"Why do we have to do this?" Spyro looked annoyed at the question.
"Because, if the remaining grublins attack us and your alone, you could die. Plus it's unusual for a dragon to not have learnt to master their elements." Spyro turned around and walked onto a platform with wierd symbols engraved onto it. The three followed, it activated and started to go down underground.

~Part 3/3~
"This is the Arena. An ancient training field." Spyro explained as the platform landed on the ground. It opened up to a long grassy field with mist everywhere and the elements dancing in the air. "It was made more then a million years ago, long before I was born. Shanai, how about you go ahead, use an element." Shanai nodded.
"I'll try." She walked forward, then faced Spyro, Chelsea and her other sister. Shanai bursted out the element of Fire. The mist lit up a bright red and all the other elements exept fire disappeared. A purple elemental platform appeared in the center of the field.

Chapter 3: Discovery...

Kourin shook her head at Gerard.
"Gerard, just, don't vo outside." Gerard's eye twitched.
"Dude, i've just wasted 10% of my life waiting to get out there!" He ranted. Kourin walked to the edge of the cave and grew into a large dreadwing looking Pterodragon and peered over the edge then flew down. She screached. "What the h*** are you doing?!" Gerard screamed out to her.
"Joo vanted to meet her?"

Spyro got a fright from the screech.
"Dreadwing?" Chelsea asked.
"It's bigger..." He raced outside. The three followed him.
"Lets go!" One of them leaded. Cynder appeared.
"And where do you think your going little ones?" She blocked their path.
"Where were gonna help Dad!" Shanai bursted out.

Spyro found the Pterodragon.
"You..." He growled.
"Gerard, get down vere!" She called out. Gerard flew down with a frightened look on his face.

Chapter 4, Part 1: Exile's Revenge...

Gerard lept in front of Kourin and growled. Spyro flared his wings up at him. Gerard's eyes slowly covered by a glowing white energy and his black scales darkened, his green horns and underbelly glowed along with his red claws. Purple smoke started to pillow out of his mouth. Spyro let out a blast of fire at the small black dragon. Gerard counteracted with a blast of...Convexity?

Part 2/4:
Spyro leaned to the side to dodge the blast. Gerard's eyes returned to normal as he glanced behind Spyro to see the three sisters then bowed his head to Spyro. Kourin looked at him strangly then followed. Spyro narrowed his eyes.

Part 3/4...

Spyro looked down at the dragon.
"What do you want?" Spyro asked.
"Nothing in particular." Gerard answered. Cynder walked up behind Spyro and looked down at Gerard.
"What's your name young one?" The three sisters followed Cynder.
"G-Gerard. And your Cynder, I know."
"He's an exile Cyn." Spyro told Cynder. She nodded but still smiling.
"I've seen what he can do, so why can't we teach him? You know that blast too you know Spyro." Gerard sat down with a small smile on his face.
"Erm...I'll think it over, in the meantime, you may roam free." Gerards smile grew bigger. Cynder and Spyro turned around and left. Kourin returned to her cave. Gerard walked up to the sisters.
"Who are you?" He asked, shaking a little. The eldest spoke.
"I'm Jessie and this is Chelsea and Shanai. Where do you come from?" She asked. Gerard pointed to the cave in the waterfall.
"Up there."

Part 4/4...

Jessie, Chelsea and Shanai turned around and started to walk back to the what they called home, the old Cheetah Village they still live there but it's changed a lot. Now it looks like an old dragon temple. Gerard turned around to face the river. A slight breeze hit and the sun started to set.
"I guess there wasn't much to do. I mean, after being in the dark all my life watching the sun was pretty special. It was great untill they came..." A group of grublins came from the ground and caught Gerard off guard. They weren't normal, they were like vampires only ugly. Gerard jumped forward and turned around. His eyes glew white once more and a beam of convexity was unleash at the grublins, turning their wings to stone.

Chapter 5, Part 1: Look alive, Sunshine...

A black and white flame burst out of his mouth. The grublins flew around like crazy, looking for a sorce of water as the flames toasted them. They ended up in the river.
"There might be somethin' outside your window, But you'll just- never know..." He muttered as he sat back down again. The three dragonesses turned around to watch the commotion then relised it was over. Chelsea and Shanai turned back around and walked off, thinking their other sister followed. Jessie stayed back.

Jess walked up to Gerard with a smile. Gerard looked up at her then got up.
"What's wrong?" He asked her. She shook her head.
"Nothing." Gerard made a small head movement and looked down at the river. He had a revenge look in his eyes. Then looked back at her and tilted his head to the side. Jess laughed and copied.
