Wouldn't it be great if the DARKEST HOUR took place in Avalar? And instead of just having Hunter return, have a few more people from Avalar return. You know like Moneybags, Elora, and even the Proffessor!

Err, I think it would actually be better if they took place in another place that Spyro gamers has never seen or been to before, like they did in TEN. Yeah, it would be nice to see old characters again, but I think has been visited by Spyro and Sparx twice (in Ripto's Rage, and Shadow Legacy, I think). And it would just be best if only Hunter is in the next one, not all other characters...
And all of that I said was my opinion...

I actually thought for a few minutes that they would be in Avalar. I wouldn't mind. Though I would mind if the old characters did come back ('cept Hunter, I don't mind Elora, she's cool; so is Bianca), especially Moneybags and Ripto. That would totally ruin the Era of LoS.

Like Dragongyrl1000 said, they've visited Avlar twice. In RR/GtG and SL. So I don't really care if it does happen or not. I'm just so excited for new areas and levels to explore and kicking some monkey butt! smilie

that would be weird! and i think that it might be a little boring...i mean, since that place was already in the previous games.

i would like to see the game take place somewhere new.

They would most likely reinvent it if they brought Avalar back, most likely reinventing the characters in the process. Besides I don't know (or really care) what you guys thought but TEN sure felt like I was playing the same game twice and the enviroments were... repetitive.

I understand about wanting to explore new areas. I love to explore new areas I think thats awesome.But what if they recreated Avalar, you know like made it more of a Dark Area, like as the Dark Master home. But on the other hand I can see how the Dark Masters home would be more of a dark spiritual place.

NO avalar, please. I've seen the whole place in spyro two, I don't really want to revisit the classics. It'll be boring and mess up the nostalgia.

I guess the reason why some people think that Spyro, Sparx, and Cynder will end up in Avalar do from Hunter's letter.

I hope its in Avalar and even if it is the land wouldn't be exactly the same. They would make it a new area to explore not the same lands.

Meh, Avalar's okay. But I do NOT want Moneybags back. You only saw him once in ETD and the whole shop system in AHT was quite annoying.

Mmm. That won't work. I doubt the DM would make Avalar his home...smilie It should be a much more different place, like Cynder's place in ANB, but much more darker and longer...

If Moneybags does return, which I doubt, I hope he looks like he did in Gateway To Glimmer/Riptos Rage because he was funny and cool then. But in A Heroes Tail he looked stupid and his shopping store, the virtual thing was stupid.

I would like to see a different looking Avalar in TLoS III, but if the whole game took place in Avalar I think it would be boring...

And I agree with you guys that Moneybags shouldn't return...
Actually, I think Hunter should be one of the FEW returning characters... It would be weird to see many characters returning... If they returned, they would have to be changed a LOT to be adapted to the the rebooted series, and those changes would probably frustrate many people... That's why I think it's better to bring only a few characters back from the original series, and create new characters.

This game might take place in Avalor. We have 99.9% concluded that Hunter is in the next game. And the first game he appeared in featured the world of Avalor. But we'll just have to wait and see if they feature Avalor or not in the next game.

I think both Hunter and Avalar will return in this game. Avalar will NOT look the same as in RR/GtG. And finally, here's a list of characters i hope apear in TDH:
