Dudes, Spyro died with the Sorceress at the end of YOTD. So did the Classics. But if someone offered Activision thousands of dollars to buy Spyro back like someone said above and carry on with the end of YOTD, he'll be resurrected smilie

Spyro isn't dead unless there are no new games starring him. So hopefuly he will be ressurected after skylanders(not Spyro games)

I really think Skylanders is kind of the end for Spyro smilie Activi$ion (Is that how you spell it?) is going to grab for easy money with Skylander's. And when they're no longer making money they're going to stash Spyro away with Tony Hawk's Pro Skater and the other game franchises they've killed.

I really hope I'm wrong, but we all know how crappy a company Activi$ion is. SCREW YOU ACTIVI$ION!!!

(As you can see I don't like Activison.)

I read somewhere that apparently after skylanders is finished, they will be returning to the Classic's, but im not so sure of that. As for tlos, as much as i enjoyed the trilogy, continuing it would kill the story. Malefor was defeated, world was saved, thats that. It would be like making another Harry Potter or Lord of the rings, a good storyteller knows when to finish their tale without totally murdering the plot.

I know that the creators of TLoS sold to Activision, who made Skylanders. Activision probably won't continue the Legend series. I'm surprised you didn't know that.

I don't think Activison has killed Spyro but I do think that a lot of fans are because since I joined this site and before I continue let me say that I mean no offence to anyone. But really a lot of fans argue about this and that and it really annoy's me. I say we all enjoy what we get and just accept what we already got.

So pretty much, the original PSX characters are dead. Crash Bandicoot died ages ago, no game made since, Rayman was killed after The originals, then Raving Rabbids, in which they died too, but Rayman was revived, in the same style as the original Rayman, which was good, no idea what happened to Jak & Daxter too....

I think some of the fandom is killing Spyro (for me, anyway) more than Activision ever will. And I don't understand why some are just begging for MORE AND MORE and not enjoying what they already have.

I would love to see another pure Spyro game as well! I think they could do a great job with today's technology. Although I'm not all pushing for it and ranting against Activision, unlike some fans, because I'm still cool with what we already have as well. Again though, another game would be so cool if done right.

I'd really like another Spyro game, since it has soon been 5 years since the last one. Doubt it's going to happen though. smilie

Btw hello everyone; probably haven't been here for like half a year again. And likely won't stay around this time either. Just checking if there's been any news on a Spyro game...
