Do you think there's gonna be the same breaths in this one? I think they should add some new breaths in this game. Not sure if they're planning to make Spyro breathe any new type of breath... What do ya'll think?

Idk? I think they might change it like they did in TEN. I'm excited now! I got somthing to look forward to.

I hope they put in the convexity breath again...that breath is cool!

I'm hoping for more variety in the melee combat actually and some castable magic would be kool. But I guess a new breath wouldn't be a total letdown.

I hope they have the fireball ability like you did in GATEWAY TO GLIMMER.After you beat the game. I also hope you can be dark spyro again.

Yeah, the Dark Spyro is coolness!^ But not sure if Spyro should have the fireball ability...

Most likely the same four elements... only the breath attacks and magical attacks will be different... seeing as Spyro lost his powers (again) in the previous game.

But a new element wouldn't be too bad... but what? Maybe mixing elemental attacks or something.

It would be nice if in this game will be

bubble breath
fire breath
earth breath
ice breath
electric breath
light breath
convexity breath

Spyro will probably keep to the same elements and breaths.
However Cynder's likely to bring new elements and abilities into the game for herself. Since she can only breath fire (shadowfire maybe) she could likely become more of a ranged spellcaster to compensate for having only one breath element.

How about silver breath!


Primary: streams of bright silver will crush foes!

Secondary: Silver tail: Spyros tail glows with bright silver can cause lots of damage!

Silver fury: A giant silver ball traps Spyro. Soon the ball unleashes a explosion that shakes the earth!

Ally breath!

Primary: Apes: Spit out apes that will attack over apes and enemies! Complete with their own health bars! But watch out... Some enemies can make these guys turn against you! Upgrades: Soldiers, Leaders, Commanders!

Secondary: Now open your mouth wide and out will come... an ally tough enemy! But watch out again... it's even worse if these guys turn against you! Upgrades: Snail Rider, Grove Beast, Blunder Tail!

Fury: Power up and erupt out the main bosses from ANB and TEN! They'll pwn those enemies for sure! Oh, but bosses will just turn them against you... Upgrades: Dark Cynder alone, Dark Cynder and Gaul!

Ok, maybe those will make it too easy, but they could have hard twists. Or maybe a second play unlockable. Maybe also sold high from a shop that might appear, like Moneybags in AHT or the Merchant in Resident Evil 4. You could buy stuff with a currency (probably not gems, since they're used for bars and upgrades).

It's unlikely that there will be any new breaths per say, but more than likely, breath moves will be upgraded or changed completely like in TEN.

They'll probably just have Fire, Electric, Ice, and Earth, and then Convexity for a final battle/unlockable. They'll probably be ungradable too, and different from ANB and TEN.

I'd like to see new breath elements... And adding something to the melee attacks would be nice, too. e.g. I think it would be nice to do aerial combos in the directions you want, instead of always doing that same sequence of directions. But maybe that would be hard to control...

Two buttons, and the above idea is easy to make reality.

I'm assuming they'll keep the same breaths. If there are only four guardians- Ignitus for fire, Terrador for earth, Cyril for ice and Volteer for electricity, it wouldn't make too much sense change breaths or adding any more in!

I still hope Cynder gets some powerful spells to cast an they could probably decrease her health in comparison to Spyro to compensate.

You probably double posted on accident and wern't logged in but didn't notice it.

Bubble breath is so lame! No offense to those who like it though. After ANB Spyro lost his powers, then at the end of TEN, Spyro didn't lose his powers. It wouldn't make any sense for him to learn new powers when he didn't lose the ones that the Chronicler taut him. I bet that the flying wouldn't take away the magic meter, you need the whole thing for breaths!

They could still take away his powers with the excuse that the time freeze used all of hi energy or Gaul took it all or something corny like that.

I think a beem of pure energe oh maby spyro can combind breath typs that would be cool

Bubble breath would catch the enemies into to bubbles, and then they fly away!

It would be good to boss-battles!

^lolz That would be cool. I was thinking they should have some sort of light breath. And, I would probably love to be Cynder, since she hasn't been playable in any of the PS2 games...o_o
