So ... We already know that the film has been officially canceled Spyro. Why? After all, he was almost ready! Sam (had viewed it in Poland) I'd definitely gone for it! They thought what? Production will not return them? Told him even four times! of your own money! Why is it canceled? Can someone explain?

Activision announced a different direction they were taking Spyro in and in theory the LOS movie didn't fit that direction so that's why it's cancelled.

I for one think the movie was a bad idea. To make an LOS movie would have attracted all kinds of new fans and subsequently Spyro's true origins may have been lost forever. Not only that but it was meant to be based off of ANB, in which case there would have been no suprises for those of us who already played ANB. Such a thing would have been pretty bad, since most who wouls have gone to see the movie would have already played ANB, or so I speculate.

I doubt it. Activision owns the rights of Spyro now.

But they should try ... if they did this based on a fairytale, attracted by the game fans and children who do not even know how to keep the pad in your hand ... I think the movie would definitely not flop. Especially in my homeland. In Poland, it would be a huge hit !!!!!!!!!!!

Hey, has anyone ever noticed that on the poster Spyro's eyes are blue? Aren't they light purple in the games? Wierd...

In the DS version, Spyro's eyes are blue. A color error.
