I think whays gonna happen is...is.......whyd they change his look?

I'm throwing a fit over the probability of this game only being on the X-Box 360 and the Playstation 3.

If this game is not released on the Wii, I will throw a fit, really. Well, not really... but I will be greatly unhappy.

I'm also greatly worried at the idea of the Dark Master being a Necron-type boss. I mean... I smell a major plothole here ; wasn't the Dark Master's resurrection prevented in a pretty complete way in TEN?

The real killer here is the "fly anywhere" bull****. Spyro can't/sucks at flying. This is one of his most important traits, one of his defining points that make him different from the generic dragon hero. Removing it is a MASSIVELY HUGE MISTAKE. I cannot stress this enough.

Although we know very little about the game, what I have learnt is enough to make me greatly worried. The only good point is that Cynder might finally get some actual spotlight beyond the damsel in distress role.

Oh well... this is from the movie producers, not Krome & cie. So it might be a fake and hopefully, it is.

Same here, the only thing that gets me was introduced in ANB, and it's Spyro flying without some sort of help. Oh well; I kinda thought of the series as being a new side of it, like... you understand how in different demensions, different things happen...? Kinda like that.

Personally, I'm excited about the flying. This means we might get to see older Spyro and it's also something I've been wanting in a Spyro game since the beginning.

I put LoS in it's own universe, separate from the Insomniac trilogy, and it will stay that way unless Krome shows us a connection that makes sense.

They should make this game on PS2, too.... That;s the only system I have...

They sure will. It is still popular. It even outsold PS3 4 to 1 even with a slight price drop.

Sorry. I'm just so flustered about this issue. Yeah, it's something I don't know, but the idea of it just keeps eating away at my head. And when an idea like that gets in your head too long, you get flustered. This was the same thing that happened to me when I found out about The Legend Of Spyro: The Eternal Night releasing for the systems. I was talking about it for weeks and weeks at a time, telling my mom about it and when it was going to be released. I obsessed and obsessed about it so much, I nearly blew a gasket waiting for it. But, that's typical, since I have Asperger's Syndrome. I can obsess and obsess about a topic for so long that it takes me a while to finally calm down and get through the upcoming months of waiting. So, once again, sorry if my outburst was kind of complanitory.

I don't want to offend anyone, but I have PS3. I just wonder what better graphics will do to the game itself. The PS3 offers many opportunities that can't be achieved on PS2.

For instance, faster reactions, more upgrades, and a heavier combat system.

He is right. If Krome was to continue to release the Spyro games on the PS2 and the Wii, the gameplay of the series wouldn't evolve. There are many things the PS3 and the Xbox 360 can do that the Wii will never be able to do. There's a reason why the likes of DMC4 and SC4 are not being released for the Wii. The console is too weak and will never be able to house such evolved games. Oh, and to Twilight; a hoax? Please, with that artwork for it, and multiple listings for the game, and practically an announcement for it by Velvet Octopus, the game does not seem at all like a hoax.

YES!!!! I can't believe it!!!! They're making it for the PS2!!!! Yipee!!!! Now I won't have to buy a new system for it. Appears that the Xbox 360 is once again been left out so that there can be a... PS2 version, really.

Edit: Appears that that article is wrong, as an Xbox 360 version is listed at EB Games and GameSpot, it's just that both sites appeared to have mispelt the game's title.

Well, I was wrong, it is real and on PS2, kool.

Its on DS great! the DS version of ANB was great you could play as cynder well using a skin! this game sounds awsome on DS and ps2 sounds cool

I'm getting the feeling that the current gen and next gen versions might not be all that different, if different at all.

I'd love one but I can't get one that plays the old games. All the new (and cheaper) ones here in Aus dont play the older games. eg: PS1 PS2

I have waited so long for free flying and 2-p mode is a HUGE bonus, im also excited about an older Spyro

Actually, Spyro Techics, the newer PS3 models can play PS1 games, just not PS2 games.

yeah, but it seems that a lot of people are having trouble with their PS3 playing PS2 and 1 games.

actually if you have an 80g ps3 you can play ps2 games

Actually, Spyro Techics, the newer PS3 models can play PS1 games, just not PS2 games.

Compliments-All the new features sound great, interested in seeing Cynder's unusual breath attacks, flying sounds wonderful, and co-op is a good prospect. And Mark Hammil's in this, not that Gary Oldman and Elijah Wood aren't huge, but Mark Hammil is my 2nd favorite VA from the Batman Animated Series, plus I like Luke Skywalker. Who doesn't win here?

Complaints--Uh, Wayne Brady, WTF? I don't like him very much. Isn't he that dork from "don't forget the lyrics" with the deep newscaster voice? How is that possibly going to fit snarky Sparx? That is, if he's playing Sparx. Heh, don't know. But maybe he'll be better than Spade.

Razz isn't the only one! I've also been waiting for Spyro to fly from the start! I'm also not that concerned about what Zerodius says about ruining Spyro's difference from "generic dragon heroes": I understand what Zerodius is saying, but I've only seen one dragon hero in video games, and that's Spyro himself. I don't think the flying will ruin Spyro: I think it's an enhancement!

spyro is older and after all, at least some of us have followed him for a long time and i personally think that he deserves to fly!!! imagine being stuck in a crystal for three years...... i would want as much fresh air after that as i could lol
