Y'know that building that fell in the dragon city? Not only should you be able to fly over it (see DOTD mistakes), but you can fly (in gameplay) well over its height. No joke. I just busted all the excuses (Again, see DOTD mistakes).

and I think we have astablished that the flying sucks, but the cretors only did that to maintain difficulty.

And same with the dam. You'd think Spyro and Cynder could just fly up and THEN grabs the orbs and blow it up.

They should ask Terrador for destroying the Dam, he is an EARTH DRAGON!!! Make some quake and the Dam says bye! Was this so hard?

um, i dont think getting smart with everyone will solve anything but i do agree that we can go to a forum and place our requests about the games wether we like them or not. i also agree about the flying thing......i think that the creaters of the game should have made spyro and cynder fly higher than they do cause u can barely go anywhere. if you ask me the flying only increases yer speed so u can get to places faster in most levels.

Please don't get into the pointless arguement of tlos lovers and haters.
And I hate the flying, and I miss not falling to my doom off a cliff, it makes me less alert of my surroundings.

I feel the flying is a epic fail. If their going to give somthing like free flight they should be able to fly over the mentioned obsticles.
I it was going to be that lame,they might as well have a limit on how much you can fly at once.

yeah, then you have to race to get to a surface before you fall.

the only level i actualy enjoy the flying is the last level where you fight malefor. but thats only cause there is nothing you have to fly over like dragon city.

The Producers always made mistakes. One was getting rid of the Charge ability and replacing it with Free-Flight. I mean, I know Free-Flight is exciting, but Charging is a Legandary attack method. Seirra made the ability not very strong in ANB and TEN but still, I miss Charging.

You mean, "free"-flight?

Yes, Free-Flight was dissapointing and low. I much perfered Charging.

All games have obstacles where the character in reality can easily get past them but they make you do other stuff instead of the common thing.

Also I think they didn't fly over the flames beacuse they didn't want to be seen.

Why would someone complain about something like this? I said it before all games have obstacles in reality you can easily get over but in the games they make you go through a crazy process to do it.

Examples

SSBB: In Adventure Mode you have to defeat all the dark copies of the characters in order to fight Tabuu. The characters could have easily pushed the trophy copies out of the way since we know they can be moved or just climb over them. But no they make go all over and defeat every last one.

SMG: When they were traceling to the center of the universe they could have flew all the way to Bowser but instead they stop and make you go through a crazy course to reach Bowser.

SA2: Shadow could have easily transported around obstacles and stuff but he don't.

See all games have it so don't say LoS series is stupid for that reason.

Well, I'm not saying it sucks because of Obstacles. Thats silly, because all games have Obstacles. My opinion is that is sucks because, well, it's not Spyro. Newer fans of Spyro have thought that Spyro has to be a rare Purple Dragon, whereas the originals were different. They were magical and enchanting, the new ones just aren't the same, and boring since you have to replay them. Spyro does not have a limited amount of breath he can use, and it's very awkward to me.

Of course, this is my opinion.

for those reasons. I'm not trying to force anyone to like LoS series I respect it they don't like it. I was just saying telling them not to make the obstacles the reason why they hate it.

Not to interrupt other conversations but they ment when Ignitus, Spyro, and Cynder are walking through the belt of fire, they are walking sooooooo slowly.

Because Ignitus is using all his power to charge this orb... Boooring. He could throw Spyro and Cynder in this orb through the belt of fire without dying.

How do you know that it wouldn't fall short of distance if he did that instead?

It wouldn't if all Guardians gave some of their power.

But the other guardians were back at the dragon city. To me I figure Ignitis knew he was going to die at some point. To me it was like his lines and the tone of his voice said so.

I preffered the last 2 games. They were more simple and easy to get used to.

They did it on perpose to look around the city!

it is pretty ridiculous. they could probably jump over it if they wanted too! or find a hole, its not like the tower could cover ever little spot, they could just slip through

It's not as simple as that, because Spyro was a part of most people's childhood. Watching him turn into some ugly freak with no personality, and the game itself turning into some lame drama land is just heart breaking.
