Since no one seemed to appreciate The Legend of Fireball fan fiction, I decided to remake the whole story with a different title and storyline. So I hope you like this.

Prologue

Flame gazed upon the red and gold egg he held in his paws. He watched the chamber in case of any attackers. He set the egg down on a pillow. He walked over to a window which overlooked a huge ocean.

It was midnight and very cold. Flame looked out the window and saw several figure coming from the horizon. The dark figures began to approach the window. A huge one appeared right on the other side of the window. The figure smashed through the window and entered the chamber.

It was a giant mutant lizard-snake. This lizard was with a group of smaller lizards.

"Scar!" growled Flame.

"I have come for the egg." said Scar.

"Get out! We both know that you will never have this egg!" growled Flame

"Oh, but I will, Flame, for you see: My master has commanded me to retrieve the one whom brings a fiery light to the kingdom and destroy him. Now give me the egg!" growled Scar.

Flame snatched the egg, "No!"

"Very well... Bloodfangs, attack!!" ordered Scar. The lizards sprang onto Flame and began to claw at him.

Flame held the egg under his waist in order to protect it. He shoved the Bloodfangs off of him and crashed through a window. He began to fly away with the egg.


Back at the chamber, the Bloodfangs were saddling onto phoenixes and flying after Flame. Scar told one, "You. Go to the Zaley Forest and await for reinforcements, Flame will be there."


Flame flew into the Zaley Forest and saw a cave. He landed in it and saw no sign of life. He laced the egg behind some leaves and flew away.
Hours later, a family had found the egg in their home...

It sounds a bit similar of what happened to Spyro. It sounds interesting.

This looks good.

I might of read the first Fireball stories but I wasnt part of the site when you made them.

Chapter 1 Fireball

The egg began to rumble and crackle. A small golden horn popped out of it, then a golden tail spike and small, skinny red legs. Then the golden-red wings popped out. Then the whole egg crumble to bits, revealing a handsome red hatchling with golden eyes and crests.

The dragons stared at the hatchling as it slowly crawled away from the egg shell bits. There was a male ice dragon adult. Along with him was a beautiful electricity dragoness adult. And lastly, a small blue hatchling with lightning bolts on its back. It was a newborn.

The red hatchling stared at the dragons and waddled towards them. The blue hatchling backed up, a bit frightened.

"Should we keep him? I don't see any parent around here. I think it was abandoned..." pondered the ice dragon.

"We'll take him in, Chill." replied the electricity dragon.

"Okay." said Chill.

"Besides, now little Dazzle has a playmate." she looked towards her hatchling.

The red hatchling began to sniff at the blue one.

"What should we name him, Zap?" asked Chill.

The blue hatchling hid behind Zap. The red hatchling suddenly sneezed and a fireball shot out of his nose and hit the wall.

"How about Fireball." said Zap.

"I like it!" exclaimed Chill.

Fireball cued at the sound of the name.


And so the family raised Fireball as their own, not even telling him he was adopted. Little did he know that he was being watched...

Chapter 2 Echo Caverns

Twelve years later, Fireball and Dazzle were wondering through the Zaley Forest. Fireball stopped in front of a huge sinkhole.

"I wonder what's down there..." wondered Fireball.

"Mom and dad said for us not to go down there! Let's leave before something bad happens." said Dazzle.

"No way! I'm going down there." said Fireball.

"We're not allowed! Who knows what could be down there..." said Dazzle.

"Exactly! If mom and dad don't want us down there then they're probably hiding something. There could be treasure down there!" exclaimed Fireball.

"I still don't think this is a good idea. What if something bad is down there..." worried Dazzle.

"Look, I'm going down there," Fireball snatched a vine, "Lower me down there and if something bad happens then I'll yank twice."

"I still don't this is a good idea... but I guess I'll do it." he snatched the vine.

Fireball tied one end of the vine around his waist. Dazzle slowly lowered Fireball down the hole.

"It's pitch black down here. Keep lowering, I think I see a light..." ordered Fireball.

The vine suddenly began to snap. "No!!!" cried Dazzle. He tried to pull Fireball back up, but the rope completely snapped!

Fireball cried as he fell to the bottom of the hole. Dazzle gasped and couldn't hear or see any sign of Fireball.

Meanwhile, Fireball had landed in a small pool of water. He got out of it and looked around. The only light was one single torch. He looked up the hole, but saw nothing but black.

Ahead was a tunnel leading into a huge cavern.

A huge stone platform was in the center of the cavern. Fireball slowly flew down to the platform and landed on it. Ahead was hole in the wall leading somewhere outside.

Fireball flew up to it and looked through it. The hole led out above some cliffs. Just as Fireball was about to leave the cavern, a huge creature jumped through the hole and pinned Fireball on the platform. It was a Bloodfang.

"Fireball!" hissed the Bloodfang.

Fireball panicked and did the only thing he could do: he shot a strange element at the Bloodfang, killing it.

Several more Bloodfangs jumped through the hole and landed in front of Fireball, "You are entering our territory." hissed one Bloodfang.

Fireball was too shocked to understand what they were saying. He shot more of the strange element and killed there Bloodfangs. One hissed, "Get him! I must report this to the master!" It jumped through the hole and disappeared.

The remaining five Bloodfangs drew their blades and slashed at Fireball. He jumped back and shot more of the element. It seemed to be burning the scales off of them.

Two Bloodfangs remained. They slashed at Fireball. Fireball defeated one with the strange element. The last Bloodfang pinned Fireball and attempted to stab him.

Fireball shot the element at the Bloodfang and knocked it off the platform. He flew up to the hole and crawled through out onto a cliff. He was in a whole new place. This place looked terrible though; the grass was dead, a ocean ahead was red, the trees were purple, the whole environment looked like evil had been there.

Fireball flew down to the bottom of the cliffs and looked around for any sign of the Zaley Forest, but directly past the cliffs was a desert. Fireball walked into a dark forest.

1 word: EPIC!

Chapter 3 Screamer

Fireball had been in the forest for five minutes when he had heard something. He turned to see a Bloodfang climbing up a tree. Two others were also climbing up trees. Fireball began to run through the forest. The Bloodfangs landed in front of him, "Stop!"

The Bloodfangs charged at Fireball. He ran through the forest and away from the Bloodfangs. The Bloodfangs continued to chase after Fireball. Fireball ran towards a red lake and was just about to get in and hide when he saw several monsters in the water waiting for him to get in.

The Bloodfangs trapped Fireball up against the lake, "My master has been searching for you!" They grabbed onto Fireball and carried him away. Fireball struggled to escape, but couldn't.

The Bloodfangs carried Fireball off through the forest and into a huge camp site. One grabbed some chains and began to tie Fireball up.

Suddenly, Fireball saw a black blur hiding behind a tree. The black blur jumped out, appearing to be a black dragon. The dragon shot a black element at the Bloodfangs. The dragon ran at Fireball and untied him, "Let's go!"

The dragon was a dragoness his age. Fireball ran from the camp site with the dragoness. Several Bloodfangs began to chase after them. They both ran towards a waterfall and stopped at the edge. The Bloodfangs surrounded them. The dragoness whispered to Fireball, "There is a vine down there, when I say jump, then jump!!"

Fireball and the dragoness jumped off the waterfall and grabbed onto the vine. All the Bloodfangs jumped and fell to their doom. A secret cave was down here. They both jumped into it.

"Who are you and why did you save me?" asked Fireball.

"My name is Screamer and I saved you because those Bloodfangs would have killed you in an instant." replied the dragoness.

"Gee, well thanks. My name is Fireball." said Fireball.

"Your not from around here." replied Screamer.

"Well you see, I fell down this hole and then those things attacked me and -" he was cut off.

"The other world, I've heard of it." said Screamer.

"Can you tell me more?" asked Fireball.

"Hold that thought, I know someone who can help. He's down this tunnel." said Screamer.

"Who is he?" asked Fireball.

"You'll know when we get there," said Screamer, "We better get going before the Bloodfangs find us."

The two both walked down the tunnel.

AWESOME!

Chapter 4 Temple of Flame

The two came across a temple full of fire symbols. A Huge fire torch was blazing ahead.

"Welcome to the Temple of Flame." said Screamer.

Screamer walked over to a switch and pulled it. A secret passage was revealed after a stone was rolled away. "Come on, he's being held captive down this way."

Fireball followed Screamer down the tunnel and into a huge chamber. A red, adult, fire dragon was chained to a pole and guarded by two Bloodfangs.

The two Bloodfangs jumped at Fireball and slashed at him. Screamer killed them and released the dragon from the chains. Fireball approached the dragon.

"Thankyou for freeing me, young dragons." said the dragon.

"And you are..." wondered Fireball.

"You mean you don't know who I am?" asked the dragon.

"Please excuse him, he's not from around here. Fireball, this is Flame, the guardian of Fire.

"Where are you from, Fireball?" asked Flame.

"Zaley Forest." replied Fireball.

Flame gasped and said, "Did you grow up in a cave?"

"Yeah, why?" asked Fireball.

"Fireball, I was your protecter. This is your true home." explained Flame.

"What do you mean? I have a family..." replied Fireball.

"They adopted you. Trust me Fireball, you belong here." said Flame.

"How can I live here? This place looks horrible!" exclaimed Fireball.

"It wasn't always like this... the land was beautiful and peaceful. Dragons were having festivals, hatchlings were exploring, some were even venturing out into Space, to the bottom of the ocean, and into deep underground areas. But then one day a strange red dragon came out of a hole in a cliff. That hole was the same one leading into Zaley Forest. Legend has it that that dragon was the first of Zaley Forest. Dragons ventured through the hole, but they found that once you go down into those caverns, you can't get back to Zaley Forest." said Flame.

"You mean I'll never see my family again?" asked Flame.

"Precisely, unless they came here. Anyways, this dragon was full of evil. He convinced our peaceful Bloodfangs to join his side. Soon he was trying to overthrow our leader. We imprisoned him in a scroll for the sake of every dragon. But the Bloodfang's leader, Scar, declared he would resurrect his master. Word is out that Scar has an heir. He is using this powerful dragon to summon the dragon back to this place. No one knowss where this dragon is and who it is." explained Flame.

"So what is Zaley Forest exactly and who is this evil dragon leader?" asked Fireball.

"Zaley Forest is an alternate universe that is exactly like here, the caverns are basicly a pathway leading to another dimension. I do not know all about that world. And I am afraid that the time to know who he is is not now. Time will tell when you should know." replied Flame.

"Well, is there any way I can help? When I fought some Bloodfangs, I shot a strange element out of my mouth." stated Fireball.

"That is known as fire. And yes, you can help. Legand has it that a lone dragon would venture into our world and defeat the evil. That dragon is you. There are three other protecters each consisting of our elements: Fire, Wind, Water, and Stone. These protecters are: Rustle, Aquazat, and Fang. They will be able to help you, but they are guarded by beasts. You will need to learn how to use fire. Follow me into the next chamber." ordered Flame.

Flame walked into a huge empty chamber. Fireball and Screamer followed him. Flame stood at the other side of the chamber, "Step out into the center of the chamber and show me your power."

Fireball took a deep breath and shot a big puff of fire.

"I see you know the simple flame, now for the blazing inferno. Spin around and breath fire, this will create a firey storm around you. Try it now." ordered Flame.

Fireball spun around and breathed fire out of his mouth. A fire twister formed around him.

"Very good. Now to shoot a fireball, you must quickly shoot fire and stop. Try it on this wooden dummy." A wooden dummy appeared in front of Fireball.

Fireball spit a fireball at the dummy and engulfed it in fire.

"Cery good. You must learn self-defense if you are to take on Scar. Swing your tail at the dummy and claw him." ordered Flame.

Fireball knocked a dummy up in the air with his tail and clawed it.

"Great. You can do different combos to create your own melee attack. Now for the fire finisher. When your enemies are about defeated, jump up into the air and spin around to create a fire fury. Beat up five dummies and then perform this devastating move." ordered Flame.

Fireball did what he was told and comets shot from no where and destroyed the dummies.

"Excellent, we are finished! Now you must know that you can control every element. Rustle is located out in a plain. Goodluck!" said Flame.

"Thanks." said Fireball.

"Once you've found him, bring him to me." said Flame.

Fireball and Screamer exited the fire temple and flew through the forest.

2 words: THATS EPIC!

Chapter 5 Tornado Prairie

Fireball saw a huge dark plain. He flew towards it to see a huge campsite. He landed behind a tent. Screamer landed behind him.

"Be very quiet. This is a Bloodfang camp of the strongest Bloodfangs. I am going to go find Rustle. Hide until I come back. Stay here!" ordered Screamer.

Screamer disappeared into the camp. Fireball looked for a place to hide. He saw a barrel and hid inside of it. The rotten stench of sewage immediately filled in Fireball's nostrils, causing him to gag. Suddenly, the barrel started to move as if a Bloodfang was carrying it.

Fireball stayed quiet. Suddenly, the barrel tipped over, spilling Fireball and the sewage out in front of a large crowd of Bloodfangs. They all hissed and surrounded Fireball, "It's a spy!"

One Bloodfang asked him, "You've been sent to spy on us, haven't you?"

"No sir, I'm just a traveler." replied Fireball.

"In an Ogre Slobber barrel?" asked the Bloodfang.

Fireball gasped, "So that's what that stuff was."

"Your lying! seize him!" ordered the Bloodfang.

Fireball flew above the Bloodfangs and landed behind them. He ran through the camp being chased by the Bloodfangs. He hid behind some boxes. The Bloodfangs ran past him.

Fireball overheard a conversation nearby:

"What is your progress report?"

"He is falling under my trap."

"Excellent. The master will be pleased."

Fireball wondered who this person could be. He slowly walked through the camp and saw an old dragon chained up.

"Hello, what brings you here? Can you free me?" asked the dragon.

Fireball grabbed the chains and examined them. A lock was on it. He looked around for any sign of a key. A Bloodfang was snoozing in a tent. Next to him was the key on a table.

Fireball slowly sneaked up behind the guard and reached out his paw to grab the key when a sword pierced the table, inches away from Fireball's paw.

The Bloodfang was awake. He hissed and cried, "Intruder!"

Several other Bloodfangs ran towards the tent. Fireball snatched the key and ran off. He hid behind some boxes and waited for the Bloodfangs to leave; they did. Fireball went back to the old dragon and unlocked his chains.

"Thank you, Fireball." said the dragon.

"How do you know who I am?" asked Fireball.

"I can see the future. Guardian Rustle is being held captive in a secret cave out in that plain." the dragon pointed to a dark grassy plain.

"Thanks, bye!" exclaimed Fireball as he walked out to the plain.

Fireball looked around the plain and saw a huge rock. A button was on it. Fireball pressed the button and an invisible cave appeared in front of him. Just then, Fireball remembered that a beast guarded each guardian, but where was it?

Fireball walked into the cave and through a tunnel which led deep underground. The tunnel led into a temple similar to Flame's.

Chapter 6 Temple of Rustle

A chill crept down Fireball's spine as he slowly entered the windy temple of Rustle. He looked around the temple and saw a silver whistle on a pedestal. Fireball picked it up and read a writing on it which read: Blow the whistle of evil to summon the storm of wind. Once done, the exit will appear.

Fireball blew on the whistle and dropped it on the ground and covered his ears as a loud screech shot through his mind. The screech shot through his mind. The screech stopped and the temple began to shake. The temple stopped shaking, but no storm was in sight.

Fireball saw a secret entrance appear. He walked through it and entered a chamber. A white adult dragon was chained to a pillar, "Can you help me? I'd do it myself, but I don't want to use these muscles for something so easy."

Fireball rolled his eyes and flamed the chains, causing them to melt off of the dragon. The dragon said, "My intelligence is what got me out, not your flame. My heroic name is Rustle. Who are you?"

"Fireball, the legendary destroyer of evil," replied Fireball, "I have come to take you to Flame."

"That lazy excuse for a guardian? He could have rescued me himself, but instead he sends a hatchling!" complained Rustle.

"I'm not that young," growled Fireball, "Now will you come with me or not?"

"Very well, but you aren't as strong as me. I will teach you the ways of wind, made by yours truly. Now follow me." ordered Rustle. He walked into a circular chamber and stood on the other side of it.

Fireball followed and stood in the center of the chamber.

"Blow air out of your mouth to make the simple wind. The longer the blow is held, the longer the wind stays. Try it now." ordered Rustle.

Fireball blew a puff of air and held it for 15 seconds and then stopped.

"It's okay, I could of done better myself, though. Now to move objects and toss enemies. When you blow, move the wind over to what you want to pick up to pick it up. Move your head around to move the object or enemy. Stop blowing to drop it. As for tossing, move your head back and then forwards really fast. Try it on this dummy." ordered Rustle.

A dummy appeared in front of Fireball. Fireball picked up the dummy with wind and tossed it into the wall, shattering it into pieces.

"Not that good, but good enough. Combined with melee attacks, you can make do different combos of wind. Now for the mighty wind finisher. Just blow wind and spin around to create a tornado and vanquish your enemies. Try it on these dummies." ordered Rustle.

5 dummies appeared around Fireball. Fireball formed a tornado and destroyed the dummies.

"Okay for a beginner. Your training is complete. Take me to Flame." ordered Rustle.

Fireball groaned and walked back out into the plain. Rustle followed him. Ahead of the two was a huge tornado.

"You didn't defeat it?" asked Rustle.

Fireball shrugged and stared at the great storm ahead of him.

Sorry, I haven't been on in forever!

Chapter 7 Tornado Smackdown

The tornado raged towards the two dragons. It cornered them up against a huge stone. "Your foolishness will be the end of me!" cried Rustle.

The tornado didn't move any further. Bloodfangs by the thousands surrouned them. The wind roared through the prairie.

"Do the wind finisher!" ordered Fireball to Rustle.

"I don't take orders from you! Why don't you do it yourself?" asked Rustle.

Fireball growled and formed a giant tornado, which tossed away the Bloodfangs, and flew up into it. He stuck out his arms and formed giant hands of wind on the tornado. His tornado now had fighting arms.

The evil tornado roared in disapproval. It created its own arms in challenge to Fireball.

Fireball punched it hard, knocking it into a giant stone. Then he said, "How is this even possible? Punching a tornado?"

Just then, the evil tornado sent a cool, chilly blow to Fireball's face. It laughed in a dark, roaring voice.

Fireball growled and slammed the evil tornado. He smacked the tornado in the face.

The evil tornado roared and a bunch of Bloodfangs surrounded Rustle.

"Help!" cried Rustle.

Fireball swacked the Bloodfangs away, nearly hitting Rustle.

Rustle jumped out of the way and growled, "Watch where you're hitting!"

The evil tornado pinned Fireball down to the ground with a icy cold grip. It punched Fireball multiple times and knocked over a nearby tower.

The tower slowly fell towards Rustle. Fireball knocked the evil tornado away and grabbed the tower and threw it into the evil tornado.

The evil tornado roared in pain and fell over, paralyzed.

"Use my dagger, it will destroy that monstrous thing!" cried Rustle as he tossed a white-silver dagger with strange markings on it at Fireball.

Fireball caught it and stabbed the evil tornado.

The evil tornado roared as it slowly disappeared into a black mist.

No one could see a thing and among the mist a Bloodfang ran at Rustle and snatched a white-silver jeweled necklace off his neck and ran off. The mist cleared and Fireball went back to normal.

"Stop, thief! Fireball, stop him!" ordered Rustle.

Fireball chased after the Bloodfang and flamed it. The Bloodfang dropped the necklace and ran off. Just when Fireball was about to grab it, a huge black dragon snatched it and flew away. It soon disappeared.

"Fool! You lost my soul necklace to that beast! It will take millions of years to recraft that!" snapped Rustle.

Fireball rolled his eyes and flew away. Rustle followed close behind, still angry.

Screamer appeared, "I see you found Rustle. Let's go back to Flame."

So the three flew back to Flame's temple.

Chapter 8 A Plot And Another Trip

"And then a Bloodfang stole my soul necklace, and then a big dragon stole it, and -" gasped Rustle as he struggled to tell Flame what had happened.

"Wait. You say a dragon stole your soul necklace, Rustle?" asked Flame.

"A big, black one." replied Rustle.

"Oh, this is not good, this is not good at all!" exclaimed Flame.

"Why? What's so bad about a black dragon having a soul necklace?" asked Fireball.

"A soul necklace is believed to possess special powers. Every grown dragon has one. A dragon keeps his powers inside of it, but if it is taken away, then the owner will begin to grow weak and eventually die! The protectors of the kingdom, that's us, have the strongest soul necklaces. They can even be used to release him from the scroll." explained Flame.

"You've doomed us all!" growled Rustle.

"Not so fast, Rustle, it takes all four of our soul necklaces to release him, and I have a back-up mini soul necklace that will last you for three days, by then we should hopefully have your old one back. I am just concerned about this dragon. This may be the heir of Scar. It must be planning to use the soul necklaces to release him. We don't have much time left. Fireball, you must find Aquazat at Ocean Tropics before this dragon does. Now go, quick!" ordered Flame.

Fireball and Screamer flew out of the cave and towards a big island.

Chapter 9 Ocean Tropics

Fireball and Screamer both landed on the shore of the big island and walked towards a jungle.

"Try not to get into too much trouble. This place has very few inhabitants." said Screamer.

Fireball nodded and walked into the jungle. Ahead were strange temple ruins. A destroyed gateway led into an old courtyard.

"Look at all these strange symbols. This place looks to be millions of years old. I wonder who lived here..." wondered Fireball.

"The Garwakis; they were a race of water dragons who created the bridges, dams, and pottery for the dragon kingdom and were believed to hold tons of treasure. They went extinct from a strange water monster who is said to still roam around here, searching for its next victim." explained Screamer.

"How do you know all this?" asked Fireball.

"Uh... just a lot of traveling." replied Screamer.

"We better find Aquazat soon; if the stories are true, then that monster could still be -" said Fireball.

"-here!" exclaimed an old dragon from behind, "Why are you here?!"

"Um...uh... we're looking for Aquazat," gulped the petrafied Fireball.

"You have no business here. The might water monster will not rest until it kills everyone. Everyone!!" exclaimed the dragon.

"Not if I have anything to say about it!" exclaimed Fireball.

"The point is that we're all doomed! Leave this place while you still have a chance!" ordered the dragon.

"We're not leaving until we find Aquazat. Can you tell us where he is?" asked Fireball.

"Very well, suit yourself. The dragon is on the other side of the Jeweled Lake. I warned you!" growled the dragon as he flew away.

"pretty spooky, huh Screamer? Screamer?!" exclaimed Fireball; Screamer was gone.

A roar echoed through the forest. Fireball shivered and walked up to an old, stone door. It slowly opened on its own. It led into an underground tunnel.

Fireballl slowly walked down into the tunnel. Sudddenly, the stone door slammed shut and the tunnel began to collapse. Fireball creid and ran down the tunnel towards a chamber. The tunnel collapsed behind him, and Fireball stepped out into the strange chamber.

A statue of a serpent rose in front of Fireball. Hanging out of its mouth was a scroll and in its hands rested a huge, red and black sword. An inscription read: The Gwaja Blade and the Delkill Scroll. The Gwaja Blade was once used to defeat the dark king and to imprison him in it. The Delkill Scroll was used to imprison the dark king's spirit and power. Thou takif blade or scroll, thou suffer the consequences.

Fireball gulped and turned around to leave when he gasped.

A huge Bloodfang was waiting at the entrance. It hissed and jumped up to the Delkill Scroll and snatched it. It ran off as the chamber began to shake.

The statue's eyes flaashed, and it suddenly came to life. It roared, "Who dares to steal the Delkill Scroll from the great Zexius?!"

Fireball gulped and slowly began to step back.

Zexius roared and slashed the Gwaja Blade. Fireball jumped out of the way and ran down a tunnel and into a river of water.

Zexius slithered after him and entered the river as well. The river current swept the two down a waterfall.

Fireball flamed Zexius and flew up in the air, for spikes were at the bottom of the waterfall.

"No!!!" roared Zexius as he got pierced to death by the spikes. The Gwaja Blade flew up to Fireball.

Fireball snatched the Gwaja Blade and immediatly felt anger and rage. "Grahh!!!" cried Fireball. He flew down the river and towards a great lake with several diamonds in it. " The Jeweled Lake!" exclaimed Fireball.

Ahead, under a waterfall, a temple stood; Aquazat's temple. Suddenly, a big, blue water-man ran out of the forest and towards the Bloodfang who had stolen the Delkill Scroll. It killed the Bloodfang and snatched the Delkill Scroll. Just then, the monster spotted Fireball and shot a blast of water at him.

Fireball dogdged the blast and landed on a giant, green diamond floating in the center of the lake.

The water monster roared. It leaped high up in the air and landed on the diamond with a big thud.

Fireball jumped back and shot wind at the monster.

The monster broke apart into mini-monsters.

Fireball clawed one and smashed another. He struck a third with his tail.

The mini-monsters reformed into their normal form, but slightly smaller. It smacked Fireball and tossed a large diamond at him.

Fireball blew the diamond back at the monster, breaking him into mini-bits again. Without thinking, he slashed three with the Gwaja with ease.

The monster reformed, but smaller. It clutched Fireball and threw him. it formed a watery sword and slashed at Fireball.

Fireball blocked it with the Gwaja and stabbed the monster.

The monster roared in pain and slashed at Fireball.

Fireball blocked it and slashed the monster's head off. The monster blew up.

Fireball picked up the Delkill Scroll and flew across the lake toward the temple. He landed and walked into the temple of Aquazat.

I added on to the chapter.

Chapter 10 The Temple of Aquazat

Fireball began to smell water and death. Ahead was a dead dragon next to a pool. It was the dragon from earlier.

Claw marks were on it, and big dragon footprints were nearby. Someone or something had been here recently.

A cannon was at the bottom of the pool, and four lit torches surrounded the pool. There were two switches, one to the left of a sign, the other to the right. The sign read: Choose a switch; one is good, the other leads to death; choose the right one.

Fireball thought then said, "Choose the 'right' one!" He pulled the switch on the right, and the pool drained. Fireball hopped down into the empty pool and walked toward the cannon.

Another sign read: To continue, thou must devour the flames with water to reveal the key. A sign on the cannon said: Water Cannon.

Fireball grabbed the cannon and shot it at the four torches. The water distinguished the flames. The wall ahead rolled away to reveal a secret passage.

Fireball ran through the passage and into a big chamber. A big, blue dragon was chained to a pole.

"Who are you? Where am I?" asked the dragon.

Fireball smashed the chains, " My name is Fireball, and I am here to rescue you."

"You? Who's 'you'? Who am I?" asked the dragon.

"What?! Oh, never mind. Do you know the water attacks?" asked Fireball.

"Do I know that you must spit it?" asled the dragon.

Fireball spit and shot water. He held it and then stopped.

"Spinning while spitting is fun with whirlwinds." said Aquazat.

Fireball spit water and spun around, and he formed a water whirlwind. He stopped.

"Curling wings and spitting up is very strong." said Aquazat.

Fireball curled his wings and spit up in the air. When it hit the ground, walls of water shot around the place, and a whirlpool formed in the ground. It went away.

"Thanks a lot." replied Fireball.

"What?" asked dumbfounded Aquazat.

"We need to get to Flame. Follow me." ordered Fireball.

Out of nowhere, the black dragon swooped in and swiped Aquazat's soul necklace and flew at Fireball.

Fireball caught a glimpse of the dragon as it flew away. Its eyes looked familiar. Screamer was waiting outside the temple.


"Yep, it's amnesia." said Flame to Aquazat.

"I can't believe you let that dragon steal another necklace!" exclaimed Rustle.

"Flame, its eyes looked familiar." said Fireball.

"It may have. You must save Fang at Fire Mountain before it's too late, hurry!" ordered Flame.

Sorry that I haven't typed any new chapters lately; I've been busy with other stories.

Chapter 11 Fire Mountain

Fireball and Screamer landed at the bottom of a gigantic volcano. Several Bloodfangs were working in caves.

"Now listen: This place is extremely dangerous! The Bloodfangs here are very powerful and are crafting new weapons and machinery just as we speak. Fang is the strongest protector, so he is well guarded. Now follow me!" ordered Screamer.

Screamer led Fireball over to a large incinerator where a Bloodfang was busy packing debris and destroyed iron into it. "Stay down and follow me," ordered Screamer. She crept up behind the Bloodfang and shoved it.

"Hey!" hissed the Bloodfang, but it lost control of its balance and plunged into the incinerator.

Screamer rushed across the torched ground and into a tunnel. The tunnel suddenly collapsed behind her.

"Not again," muttered Fireball as he looked for another way inside. Nothing. Just a mine cart covered by a sheet.

Fireball walked over to it and saw two Bloodfangs coming. He lifted the sheet, dove into the cart, and put the sheet back on.

"What do you think the boss is planning?" hissed one.

"Top secret. Nobody knows. Now let's take this metal to the Third Squad for creation," replied the other.

The two Bloodfangs began to push the cart into a secret tunnel. They left it on an elevator and pressed the second floor button.

Fireball heard the elevator door slide open. A Bloodfang came and pulled the cart out to a line of other mine carts filled with metal and left it there. Several Bloodfangs dressed in brown vests were packing some of the carts' metals onto a conveyor belt.

"We've just received word of dead Fourth Squad members back at Area D5! There's an intruder!" cried one of the Bloodfangs.

"Check the area, this spy is here somewhere!" ordered the captain.

Fireball peaked out and saw a towering electrical machine. He shot a fireball at it. The machine fell over and exploded, killing all of the Third Squad members. Fireball climbed out of the cart and onto the conveyor belt. He was carried into a small room towards a furnace where a Bloodfang was digging through a pile of scrap iron.

Fireball hopped off and silently turned the furnace switch to overdrive. He ran into a tunnel, pressed a button the close the iron door, and watched as a huge fire started, and the Bloodfang was trapped.

Fireball sneaked into a large room labeled Area B2. More Bloodfangs wearing blue vests were at tables crafting weapons and typing in computers.

"So what do you think the Project Lironfang is about?" whispered one of the Bloodfangs to his colleague.

"I don't know, but it's top secret," replied the Bloodfang, "Now be quiet. The captain is approaching.

"Sir, we've lost both Fourth and Third Squad! There's an intruder near here!" hissed a Bloodfang to the captain.

Fireball quickly blasted the back wall of the room with water, threw a computer into it, and blew the Bloodfangs into it. The now-electric wall shocked the life out of them.

Another elevator was ahead. An arrow pointing up read: Top Secret/ Area A1.

Fireball noticed an air vent next to it. He opened it and crawled through it. He crawled toward the elevator shaft. The elevator was descending, and Bloodfangs were inside it.

Fireball flamed its wires and sent it plummeting. He flew up the shaft and towards an elevator door, but it was shut. None of his elements worked; how would he open it?

With his frustration, Fireball suddenly blasted the door down with a large, green rock. He gasped from the door being busted down; it would surely blow his cover. Nothing happened.

Curious, Fireball entered the room only to find it empty. A stairway led up into a chamber. He climbed up it.

The chamber had a large glass window, and lava was on the other side. A strange object was floating in the lava. It was iron; a lot of it. The First Squad Bloodfangs, who were all wearing red vests, were watching the lava.

"Project Lironfang will be a success. It will allow us all to conquer the entire creation!" hissed the commander.

A Bloodfang approached him, "Commander Warclaw, all the squads have been destroyed! We've been compromised!"

"Intruder!" one of the Bloodfangs hissed and pointed to Fireball hiding in the shadows, "Kill him before he gives away all of our top secret information!"

Before the First Squad could even draw their blades, Fireball, without thinking, shot another large boulder at them and busted the glass. Lava spilled into the room. "Fool! You've doomed us all!" cried Warclaw, but he was soon covered by lava. All the lava and iron quickly attached to its closest prey: Warclaw. All the other dead Bloodfangs also formed around Warclaw, making him quadruple in size.

Fireball quickly rushed up another stairwell to a large, circular, lava-filled chamber. Several stone platforms floated in the lava, and a large, stone room was on the other side. Inside it was a wise, green dragon locked up inside of a silver cage. It was Fang. This was the temple of Fang.
