Once upon a time, icedragonmacey2 wants me to write a story for him/her. So I wrote this.

grrr...i meant about my fan dragons india, faith, zapper, river, and zak. zapper, india and faith are the children of river and zak.

So you want somebody to write a story with your characters in them?

yes. and if they want to, illustrate. in a few weeks, it will end, and i will pick the winner.

Is there a reason someone would want to do this? I mean why bother? I am not insulting your idea just curious.

I might. I have my hands full with my own current fan fiction at the moment. If you read it and commented I might just write something with your characters.

Why dont you write for your own characters then?

because. i get confused on which one i am doing...i lose them...i forget what they're called... nobody posts on them sometimes...

Keep a single fan fiction constantly updated, like one long chapter a day, and you will keep a good following. It has worked for me. I love every single one of my readers and their spending their time to read my fan fiction. Make sure your readers know that.

Anyway, on topic.

the wind howled, blowing the long silky grass back and forth. india rested in a small cave, while zapper sat in the wind,thinking deeply."what have i gotten us into?this jorney is to long,to hard for just to dragons"zapper muddered.meanwhile,in a distant feild, river and and zak franticly searched for their missing kids.they searched everywhere,never stoping unless to clear the dust blown up from the terrible wind out of their eyes. faith looked in another meadow, concern in her eyes.

also there's faith...she could help search. and zapper is a very young.

can you give me the appearance of your fan dragons, as well as what gender what dragon is. The last thing i would want to do is mess that up.

i can't give you the appearance, because...well, just check out my fan art topic contest. but zapper-boy, faith-girl, india-girl, river-girl, zak-boy.

The sky was murky, with bright stars scattered around. The dim moon stood in the left corner of the sky, beaming down little light to the ground. The diminutive jade grassed hissed in the harsh winds. Stood under the dark shade of a tree, a dragoness named River as cobalt as a river coiled around two eggs, one tan, and one azure. River was aware of this winter, and she was prepared for the upcoming mounds of snow. The eggs would have to hatch by today, at least before it would start snowing. Suddenly, there was a faint crackling noise, almost as if it was from a far distance away which instantly caught River’s attention. The egg congested its crackling and was silent, making River continue her waiting game. Exhausted, River began to flutter her eyes down and settle into an extensive sleep…

She yawned. There was a rustle. There was a yelp. River, concerned leaped out of the atmosphere she once calmly slept in. The egg shells were smashed and the hatchlings were no where to be seen. Out of the blue, she collided with a towering figure, and gravity soon took her.

Faith woke with a start. She breathed hard, the night chill sinking through her scales. She looked about the night area, Star light giving a dim glow. Night sounds flared about, her eyes straining to see their source. Crickets hopped from leaf blade, to leaf blade. Her breathing eased slowly, her mind heavy from sleep. She finally relaxed. The dream. It had come again, striking her with fear. Her mind fixated upon that dream.

She had been sitting in a meadow, peace and harmony about. Then it happened. Fire lit through it, screams in pain and fear cried out. Day falling into fiery Darkness. Faith ran, only to get caught in a circle of fire. It closed in around her. She screamed, hoping something would come to save her. Her wings were tattered, she couldn't lift her self to fly. She screamed again, the heat of the fire making her burn without touching her scales. She wailed at the sight of the meadow burning. She had to get out of here. But there was no way. She cried, pain taking her, engulfing her. Flame over powering her. She screamed and fell into darkness. She found herself in a dark room, burns along her body. She cried from the pain. The room was made of stone, it's floors cold and damp. Blood. Blood had covered the floor, raw stench filled this prison. The door at the other side of the room slowly opened, a humanoid figure stood there. "Who are you?!" Faith scream in fear. The figure just laughed, echoes filled her mind, fear surged through her. Adrenaline pumping, she began to breathe hard, blood and burns covering her sinking in the mood. The figure smiled, the smile turning white against the blackness.

Faith took her mind off the dream. She shivered at the thought of it. The night chill sank into her. She curled up, trying to stay warm. Tears flooding her eyes. She didn't know why she cried, but she needed to. Pain filled her heart. If she was to go on, how could she with these dreams and tears? She alone had to bring the message to the fort to the east, if she didn't they would be over taken, like herself in the fires in her mind. She needed to rest if she was to move in the morning. But she couldn't, her fear and sorrow were bound by her duty. How could so many emotions stir this way within her own mind? She tried deep breathing, to easy her soul, but it didn't work. After an hour of her own thoughts sleep took her. The dream returned, terrorizing her with her mind. Terrorizing her in sleep.

Faith woke again, this time to the sun in her eyes. She needed to start moving. She stood slowly, shaking the morning dew from her scales. The dampness brought the dream again. She forced it from her mind. She started flying, her light wings taking her to the air with ease. Her slender frame made it even easier to dark through the air. Her mouth felt dry, but any stops would mean having to fly longer to reach the fort before the enemy did.If she could, in the next hour, she'd stop for water. She could go with out food until she got to the fort. She never thought she'd be doing something like this. But when the war started, things changed.

The fey had declared war upon the draconic. The dragons. If the stupid elves and fairies had stayed out of Draconic this wouldn't had happened. And of course the humanoids have always hunted the dragons, but never the fey until now. But it must have been a matter of time until they did as well.

Faith estimated that the fort was only a day and a half away. The bright blue skies open before her. Below the grass lands waved in the wind. Hours past in what seemed like minutes. She stopped to drink at a near creek. It's waters cooled her throat. Refreshed from the drink, she took back off into the air. By the looks of thing, she only had about an hour until sun went down. She made the most of her time, flying as fast as she could.

As night fell, she fell to the ground. Tired and hungry. Her mind fixed on her life before this happened. She quickly pushed those thoughts away. She pulled her sling pack of her back, she pulled out the last of her given supplies. Not much was there. Hardly enough for one meal. She ate it any way. as she finish hunger tore at her. The grass land was filled with grass, and not much else, the occasional bug maybe. Tired, sleep took her. A dreamless, unrestful sleep.

Title: Summer Rain

India flew over the trees of the forest. Long, muscular wings flapped slowly through the summer breeze. Behind the dragon was Faith, who gave a quick wink to say hello. The two flew on, and the moon was soon blocked with dark clouds. "It's going to rain," murmured Faith, too quietly for India to hear. Sure enough, silver drops began pouring from the heavens... But neither dragons minded it. The rain seemed magical and wonderful; summer rain always was.

India chuckled. "Not common to see rain this time of year, huh?" the dragon asked the dragoness who was flying behind. Faith nodded and replied, "Yeah, but this is really cool. I just love the rain!" India nodded in agreement. Then, a crazy idea coming, the dragon flew up into the air and dip a flip, getting soaked with rain. Faith laughed, "Come on," she then called, flying on. India laughed once more before following the dragoness into the darkness of night.

india is a girl and they're sisters.
