In this game everyone seems to know who Spyro is without him even having to introduce himself. How is that possible?

Ever notice how in this game, Hunter, Elora, and Moneybags seem to be in multiple places at once?

Spyro:
"So Hunter, how did you get here so fast?"

Hunter:
"This is a game, you idiot! Why do you think there is an edge to this area that leads into nothingness? Why do you think that if you do things very carefully, you end up swimming in midair?"
