You get to see the guardians and Spyro and Sparx after you have defeatet The Assassin, but The Guardians is standing all diffrent.

It's a two part cutscene found after beating The Assassin. The first part finds them all in the temple around the pool of visions. The second part is what that image is from, when they're outside the temple, coming up with a plan.

When you defeat assasin the elders will talk to you. like Crush said they are just in a different position.
