Arms like this one were in Painkiller (Polish shooter), hanging from walls in Catacombs, scary smilie

lol. the same thing happened to me one time just the ape was trying to get out of the wall. He was running back and forth trying to get me and I just kept teasing him. I finally got bored and killed him with earth breath.
