1. Block users from topics you made: Blackholes_Wolf is constantly spamming and killing my topics. I want to block him from any other topics I make so he doesn't ruin THEM. This would of course also be useful for RPs. The person would be able to view the topic, but not allowed to post.

2. Ungnorc/Unblock request: If a user has learned their lesson or would like to apologize they should be allowed to send a request with a message included. (Works with above suggestion.)

3. Gnorced chat: Gnorced users should be allowed to talk with people on their friend list. If they or the person they're talking to remove them from their list they won't be allowed to talk. Also, both users need to be on eachother's friend list for it to work.

EDIT: Maybe 1 could have a similarity to the 'Report' feature- If you block a user from a topic who did nothing wrong you get it removed after a certain amount of times.
OR: You could have the same feature but dark verifies it first, that's not the best idea.

1. Yes, I would agree. EDIT: Blackholes is most likely right, it will probably be abused.

2. Anyone can act as if they have learned their lesson and write an apology message, so no. They should just put up with their month's suspension.

1. On a normal site, the simplest and best solution is just to have the offending person banned. But since this site's a little whacked...dunno.

The first suggestion fails, most users on this site have the maturity the size of a flea. So obviously it would be abused

2. No, they should have realized it before they did something. As for being blocked by the admin, that's not right in general.
Besides the block feature is somewhat abused on this site anyways.

Although I would like it if a gnorce'd user got to have other ways to contact them in the guest book.

All of that is the same for me. 3 was the one I spent the least amount of time on, and 2 I don't care about much. And you really shouldn't be blocked by the admin.

About people spamming your topics, they're usually doing it for attention. B_W is actually a cool guy, y'know, but don't take what anyone says seriously. If you do, that's a sign you should get off the internet.

If you really wanna talk to someone on your friends list, either BEHAVE or get their MSN/AIM/YouTube/FaceBook/Whatever. A punishment is a punishment.

I love the people who take me and B_W srsly. I suggest a day everyweek like fur fridays where the rules are kicked to the curb and anything goes. At this time an age block could be implemented so that Dark doesnt get in trouble with the cyber police.

2) No way. Somebody could just lie to get back on fast and quick.
3) Again, no. What if they put somebody onto their friends list they are bullying? They could bully them freely and not be punished.
