If you have a program that connects a game system to your computer, you can do it with that by having the game running and pressing the 'Prnt Scrn' button. If you have that, then you could literally take a picture of your TV, close up so it just shows the game, with a digital camera, upload it to your computer, and then put it on a file/image hosting site.

Other than that, I have no idea.

I actually helped? Huh. Well, if you do start that, a good image file type to save it as would be .PNG. .JEPG makes it blurry (crappy actually) sometimes.
