Level Skipping Glitch!! [CLOSED]

Well, me and my friend were playing this game, and we were at the part with the boat and all the apes come out to get you. We kept dying over and over, but, one time when I died, I didn''t end up at the boat, but I skipped to the next level part!!!! At first we thought that I had died just as we reached it, and it had saved, but nope, because later, we my friend died, it skipped to the part were Kane tells Spyro about the Shrine God, right before you fight him. I'm not sure how this happened, but It's cool! Try seeing if you can figure out how we did it, I'm not sure either...

Never done that before and I haven't a clue how you did, but I remember once when I was playing it and I died right when I reach the save point. I was cussing it out, then I appeared on the island and I fell back in relief. smilie

It's never done that before, I've beat the game about 5 times. Though, I probably droped it acouple times.... And it is a bit scratchy, but, I'm not sure...

It could be the scratches that could be giving you glitches? Glitches are strange.

I have dropped it a few times, then again, I've dropped all my games I bet, even my Sonic ones. So that could be it, plus, sometimes I leave games in mhy PS2, on and off all night (once I left Sonic on for 2 nights!!!) that might be it, but, it was cool, didn't have to work with the puzzzles!

Yes, it poped in every time we had trouble! And it was funny, it happened at about 4:00 A.M.! We were up really late!
