Is there really a cheat for playing Dark Spyro early? [CLOSED]

Hello!
I heard there was a cheat for the PS2 where you could turn into Dark Spyro, I was wondering if anyone knew it? I'm sorta stuck fighting Arborick, so I am restarting the game and wanted to play as Dark Spyro, without having to finish the game and do the Dragon Challenges.

I doubt if there is, when I used to have the game, I was looking on all the websites for cheats because I was stuck on it, and nope, no luck at all. That's why I got rid of the game in the end. The only two later Spyro games that I have are: Spyro Enter the Dragonfly and Spyro: Dawn of the Dragon.

No, there isn't. There's a reason for that: so the Dragon Challenges are there for a reason and to make the game more difficult. Hell, half the time I don't play as Dark Spyro because playing as normal Spyro is more difficult.

In DoTD, Dark Spyro and Dark Cynder should have at least been bonus skins.

Oh! Darn rumors got me excited. You can never trust rumors >.<

Curse you Arborick...I can't get all of him on fire fast enough. And plus, I've got a defective controller so I have to press the buttons super hard to even function as Spyro smilie

Try aiming at his arms and feet. Practice helps with this. Also, if you still can't do it, just spit fireballs at him like a mad person. A few times I've beaten Arborick by doing that. XD

There are cheats, shown at the end of the mobile version. If in regular mode you get infinite magic, hard mode is if you need infinite life. I have the infinite life code somewhere...

They were planned, but cut before release because people complained ANB was too easy.

Once I got a cheat code to unlock Dark Spyro permanetly, but now I lost it.

I was just in the pause menu clicking directions, then boom.

Very reminiscent of a certain topic that death horn made many months ago claiming that they had a code to turn into Dark Spyro too... Caused a huge flame war, you should watch out...
