That doesn't make sense. She didn't register on her computer if she asked you to do it; that would mean that you've registered for her on YOUR computer.

If, as you've described, she has a technical problem with registration like not getting a confirmation email, ask her to email dark52 (darkgta@gmail.com) and he can probably fix the problem manually, since you can't do it for her apparently.
