In ANB the controls were easy for ice, and really good for combo attacks against fire creatures and Cynder. Now the element's become complecated, and no longer fun...

Ok, so I was really excited when I unlocked ice element a few weeks ago. But now I'm dissapointed with the design.

Well... They did replace the primary ice breath with the secondary one in ANB (the ice shards) but its much better than the ice breath in TEN... Thats for sure...

Ice shards were replaced with electric orb. And the original Ice breath was only useful against small enemies... though Electric breath was better. When used in the right circumstances, Ice Bomb and Ice Tail are really useful. (Hint: use ice bomb on blunder tails after knocking their claws up)

Ice Bombs are a good choice in many situations, providing: range, crowd control, and a decent area of effect.
And ice is good against swamp creatures. |

I don't use ice in TEN as much as I did in ANB, I like the ice twister in DOTD though, it's powerful.

I used to love the ice element. In ANB it was good, they totally messed it up in TEN, it's awsome in DOtD though

I personally don't think they screwed it up in TEN, but it wasn't the best.

The tail swipe is quite useful for initiating aerial melee attacks, in my book.

There's alot of things from ANB I miss, features really. Though I think change is a little good since after two games of the same powers, yeah. Plus they did grow up a little bit, y'know.

I miss earth tornado, it was very useful, but not so powerful like this one in ANB. The primary earth breath is very good, I like to smash enemies with this ball left, right, left, right, around, left, right, jump, around, left, right

When it came to the ice breath in TEN I only used the tail swipe. Unless I had to cross freaking giant rivers.
