From past experiance, tell them as much as you want, as far as I can see it won't do anything. They aren't likely to change. Even when everyone on the site goes on at them tehy probably won't change much. They just ignore it.

I know a good fanfiction for LOS on FanFiction.Net is hard to come by... At least for me, that is... And I don't look on DeviantArt that much because I always manage to run into the 'fantards' work...
