I'm having soooooooooooooooooooooooo much trouble doing the swimming glitch in this level. I can't seem to get to the one flat part in the mountains. I always come up short, even with the double jump cheat. And the whirlwind doesn't take you high enough either. I've tried to get on the platform as well from the back side, but I always fall to my death. I've even tried it from where you land on top of the entrance way (to the right of Mystic Marsh) and double jump up from there to get to the waterfall. I always seem to keep falling. Any tips to help me pull off the swimming glitch in this level????

Are you starting on the top of the tall stairway that leads to Ripto? If not, then thats how you're supossed to do it.

I do start on top of tall stairway that leads to Ripto. It's just that every time I jump from that location, I always seem to never get enough height to land on top of the flat area in the mountains. I tried to do it behind the mountains, but I just fall to my death (as I've said before). I'm stuck!!!!

Well, the best advice I can tell you is to start at the very edge of the top of the stairs. Evan if you think you're not going to make it, hover anyway.

Mine ends on the 7th, but I won't get any P.D. days next year.

And if you think you're stuck behind, then note that I can't even do the double jump glitch.

I figured out your problem. Try doing the charge jump in the double jump a little higher than usual. It worked for me.

I finally did it over vacation. Thanks for all of the tips. Now that that's done, I can get started on the next swimming glitch on my list. The Swimming Glitch in "A Hero's Tail".

I did the swimming glitch in A Hero's Tail!!!! Yeah for me!!!! Oh, and I found out another way to do the swimming glitch if you're stuck with doing it on the staircase. Okay, so once you're in the area where the ladder is (next to that lake with the flying birds), simply skip the ladder and go to Hunter's part of the level. Once there, turn around to the cropping of rocks to the right of Hunter's level. (Facing away from the lake.) Glide over to that part, but don't let go of the X Button. Let off of the Analog Stick/D-Pad to move Spyro until you are underneath that part of the level. Then, once your underneath the level, glide over to the water to your right. Even if it looks like your too low to make it, just keep gliding over there. Most of the time, the water will pick Spyro up and allow you to swim there. Dive under at the very edge of the water area down there, adn whalah!!!! You've done the swimming glitch without the help of the ladder. I found this out myself, but if someone else has found it, then they should get the credit for the finding of this glitch. If you make a video of this glitch, please credit me, or the other person who has found this glitch.
