Yeah, but if you blocked someone and made a topic, they could spam relentlessly, if they're immature that is.

So, I think it should be optional.

It would be a lot less troublesome. Rather than bugging dark52 to remove the posts or suspend the person, you could simply block them out.

Like when matesds comes back, block him from your 'Invite Only' RPs.
