So I'm looking at the credits after playing through this game for, hmm, the seventh time? Something like that. Anyway, I realized that besides the general majority's upsettedness at the end of the game, I, and probably some other people, most likely went "That's the end!?"

lmao, it's so funny that the cliff hanger had us all expecting a game like this and ANB, not DOTD.

TEN certainly hinted at something that DotD didn't even come close to living up to. It was all rather disappointing.

I was expecting that they would end up way far into the future, not just three years. I was a little disapointed, but it all worked out in the end.

Could they just had stayed 1 player with free fly, and still could change between Cynder/Spyro?

Could they just have stayed the same age? YOU CAN'T GROW IN A SOLID ROCK CRYSTAL... that's just not possible.Period.

Could they just have looked at cute as in ANB and TEN in DOTD? BUT NO! They had to ruin the way they looked! Now Cynder is a skinny-assed chick, and Spyro is this wimpy little turd! WTF NO!

I figured the crystal may have expanded while they grew. That's my theory, anyway.

^ The crystal did seem a lot bigger, i wondered how it didn't break with the collaspsing mountain, but shattered when the little monster hit it with its tiny mallet. Was the crystal worn down?

I would think so, yes. When the mountain caved in, it was newly formed. The collapse probably weakened it to the point of being easily broken. Either that, or the mallet was infused with magic.
