I'm stuck at the beginning of savannah, I keep trying to freeze the water but it's not working and I can't get to the higher platforms

Thank you, I can do that, but I cannot jump up to the higher levels even using the updrafts.

Also what do the Kerfuffle Leaf look like? I have freed the fairies but am having trouble finding the leaves.
