I'm stuck at the beginning of savannah, I keep trying to freeze the water but it's not working and I can't get to the higher platforms

hold down the R button wile pressing to breath ice on the small puddles

Thank you, I can do that, but I cannot jump up to the higher levels even using the updrafts.

Also what do the Kerfuffle Leaf look like? I have freed the fairies but am having trouble finding the leaves.

you might need to start a new game. i'm sorry.

i think it happened on my game once. do you play it daily? try going off it for a while, like i dunno, maybe a week, and see if it fixes it...

but i can't remember if i started a new file. :C
