Maybe, to make it easier, we can have this thing that uploads an image other that uploading it on another site and posting it here plz?

At the very least, if your suggestion doesn't end up the way you like it, someone can always make a tutorial in a thread and hopefully have it stickied to one of the main forums.

dark wont do that for a simple reason... the webspace.

If everyone here would be able to upload his pictures people would upload many of them everyday wich would mean that dark would need to buy more and more webspace and thats just way too expensive.
there are easy ways to upload pictures like imageshack, deviantART or photobucket please use them, its really not complicated and its all free!

Imageshack doesn't have an age restriction, so you would simply be able to join that. I do know you have to be 13+ for deviantArt, not so sure about photobucket.

get it here http://www.gimp.org/ its save, no viruses no spy or shareware but to tell the truth... photoshop is better to make animations
