There's been a few 'favourite' topic recently, so here's one. Which is your favourite DS breath for...
Spyro
Cynder

Appearance and sound effects
Attack (way it affects enimy, strength of attack etc.)

And overall, do you prefer the breaths on the DS or Console?

Mine:
Favourite Spyro breath: Fire. I've always enjoyed it but I'm not really sure why.
Favourite Cynder breath: I'm stuck, but I like wind and fear. Not effective against enimies as much but it looks good and it's good with crystals. Fear is good with crystals and stuff, but if you aren't careful and your enimy runs to the edge, then you fear it again and kill it, you could lose gems over the side.
Overall: Fire, more effective.

And I prefer Spyro's breaths on the console, and Cynder's wind. But I actually prefer the DS versions of Fear, Shadow and Poison. That fear scream is cool on the DS.

i prefer DS shadow and poison & the rest console.

I like Spyros fire and Cynders poison and fear (the sound is cool!)

i loved wind on both

These are taking into account the fully upgraded breathes:
Fire- 9/10 Why? Effective, good looks, but not the best in range or aim.
Ice- 6/10 Why? Not good graphics, not the best ability, good for far away enemies.
Electricity- 7/10 Why? Nice sound, alright effect, not the best graphics.
Earth- 8/10 Why? awesome graphics, alright effect.
Fury/ Convexity- 10/10 Why? Self- Explanatory!!!
Fear- 5/10 Why? Bad graphics and character reaction, okay effect.
Poison- 7/10 Why? nice graphics, okay effect.
Wind- 8/10 Why? Nice graphics, great effect.
Shadow- 8/10 Why? Great graphics, alright effect.
Dark Fury/ Convexity- 9/10 Why? Awesome sound/ effect, not like Spyro's, though...

i dont know why everyone likes Ice really, its pretty stupid in my view.

shadow was definitely the most effective, or fear.

I just have played the console game, so there's console (PS3) game's ratings, if it doesn't matter

Comment: I like this breath, but it's too original. I use it too, but ... I just doesn't like it, and when Spyro breaths on it, it looks stupid. But it's good element in fights.

Comment: I really love this element, exactly the second form of this breath (I can't find word for it just now )! I love to use it, Spyro just looks so epic when breathing/using it. But not so good in fights, doesn't do nearly anything.

Comment: Just so trash-element. I never use it. Spyro looks stupid in that earth-ball! TEN's earth breath is awesome ♥__♥ *gouch* well, back in ratings! That element doesn't do nearly anything, just like ice.

Comment: LUVVV!! ♥♥♥ My favorite element in whole Dawn of the Dragon! I loved it when I tried it first time! ♥ Spyro looks so epic and powerful in electric-ball, and that thunder what is coming from his mouth... Just wow! Well done, graphic-mans! And it IS powerful too. I use it every time I play Dawn of the Dragon ♥

Comment: I like this element. That wind-hurrican is cool. But doesn't do nearly anything.

Comment: I think Cynder's 2nd best element. Graphics are just wow, and it's epicly when Cynder breaths it. It's powerful too. Really like this element!

Poison:
Appearance/sound effects 6/10
Attack 8/10
Comment: I hated this element so far I saw it first time. ''What the heck is Cynder breathing, worms or something?!'' And I think it's not so powerful, and if you look at wrong place, well... you don't hit the enemy. No for this element.

Shadow:
Appearance/sound effects 10/10
Attack 8/10
Comment: Wow. Now we really know that Cynder is a dark dragon. Dark dragon breathing dark element, shadow... How amazing! I like this element. Shadow-fire breath is too so awesome and epic! I think I can breath it the whole day...

Nah, ice is gay, and so is electricity. thety were weak, looked gay and I didnt like them. Most people just didnt know how to use earth and so they didnt like it, prioving they arent pros. No offence

Some People just didn't like earth at all, so they dont practise with it enpugh, doesn't mean they ar'nt pros.

Ice was my fave elements in AnB and TeN, however not so much in DotD.

Yea, it was coolo in ANB, and TEN but not DOTD.

Thats one of the fail points in DotD, most of Spyro's element's were weak, while Cynder's were a lot stronger.

They could have at least made it equal, Cynder shouldn't even have 4 element's >.<

And I think you don't know how to use electricity and ice

I know how to use them, It doesnt matter what element i use, I still smash up. Its just Ice and Electricity have weak effects and it barely does damage to them. So what if it slows them down? Woop dee doo. And all you do with electricity is stnad there and blast them. No skill needed

I have uses for all the elements on the DS. On the PS2 my sister is the only one to use anything but fire as Spyro.
I always use whatever enimies ae weak against, if they are weakagainst one of Spyro's and one of Cynder's I'll use the dragon with the most health at that point in time, if it isn't weak against any particular element I will use any of Cynder's elements (usually shadow or wind), or fire. If it's immune against fire, I'll just use Cynder.

Umm. Actually you need skills.
If you think electricity has poor graphics or something, I really don't think so. And I am talking about PS3 elements, you remember?

I think this topic about the DS version is starting to leak onto chat about the console version.
