This is a game called Spyro: Elemental jewels
Here are the playable characters:

Spyro
Flame
Ember
Cynder

Unlockable characters:
Shadlin
Cyrilla
Rani
Ryan
Crystallice
Spyra

Each of them has a level where they have challenges for you to complete. They may turn evil or dark in parts too.

Cynder's only in the pic's, not in playable or unlockable. But sounds cool....

Here's what happened:

The jewels that held thepower of each dragons elements had been stolen, and without them their elements would never work again. All the dragons including Spyro have lost them, and it's up to 4 dragons to save the day.
