Help, profiles and topic listing are wierdly placed. [CLOSED]

I clicked on Sai's profile, and instead of the avatar and sigs in a box or whatever, they text is like, really small, and it looks all glitched. Same with topic listings, and posts. I can't post a pic because when I tried pasting it onto Paint, it said "This info is not allowed."


Never mind, now it's just profiles.

Its happening with me too, when someone sends me a message or i type something including a smiley, the smiley covers the words and i cant make out what it says.
