Dark52, I think I've worked out a wee plan to get RWD's original account back and I have decussed this with RWD in my site in PM and she said it was fine.

What I was thinking was if it maybe possible for you to change RWD's email address (Admins can do that, can't they?) to my one which is Pyro_Girl54@yahoo.co.uk and then I'll PM the new temporary password to RWD once she's done the lost password thing. What do you think?

Although, testing the reset again it seems that Hotmail are letting the email through now. Perhaps it'll work for RWD now as well.
