Err... At the end of DOTD, the dragon temple that was held in the air in peices fell and burned up with the wave of fire. Because with Malefor gone, the magic that suspended them in Mid-air was gone as well. And woosh, smash to the ground!

Probably in the dragon temple or warfang, as for the theory that they live on Earth it's ridiculous when the planet is shown no earth-like features are there, and secondly there are no humans there ( exept for the undead in dante's freezer) so no Earth.

It will be Earth, seeing as....
....when the Destroyer enters the volcano in DOTD, you see the large red beam shoot into the air, therefore your getting a view on one half of the earth from space.

The colours on it resemble to the earth we live in, its just had a few changes to the way of life. Like the Magic, Creatures that dont exist and more things that arent possible in this world, you get the picture.

Maybe the other Guardians came there to, and the Burnt Lands would be no more because Malefor sent the Volcanoes up. It would turn back into the Swamp!!

EDIT:It isn't Earth were Spyro & Cynder' world is. It's a distant planet in probably another Solar System?

As it stands, the temple has been destroyed, and Warfang is probably in ruins. There will more than likely be reconstruction efforts on the latter... but I vote that White Isle become the new home base. It's pretty much a temple as well, and Ignitus is there, so... smilie
