The bomb crashed against the black lake sending many dragons scattering. Sleek darted out of the way and stared at the sky, starless and inky. Flares surrounded the lake, giving a hissing noise.
"Get out of the way!" Sleek called. He pushed everyone along. "There are more bombs coming! MOVE IT!"
He saw some yellow eyes gleaming behind a tree. Sleek padded towards it.
"Are you deaf!?" he said, grabbing hold of the dragon's tail, which was thin. She had red scales and silver cuffs round her, with black and red wings.
"How can I be? A deaf dragon of 567 could hear your siren voice a mile away, matey," the dragon spat.
Tessina was her name, she became a fear dragon after her family was destroyed by Malefor. She didn't like Sleek touching her. She lashed out.
"Oi! Get out of he- Oh my God!" Sleek said, reeling back.
Another bomb crashed down and sent the trees into inferno.
"Now look what you've done, freak!" Sleek yelled at Tessina.
"Shut your mouth," Tessina murmured, slithering into the water of the lake.
"What's your problem!?"
"Look who's talking."
"Oh, for God's sake, how do we get out of here?"
"Hmm," said Tessina patronisingly. She touched the stalk of each wing and gave a little sarcastic gasp. "Oh my, I have a webbed growth on by back, and, oh golly, you do too! What are these strange things, are we special? What on earth could they be?! Oh, now I remember, WINGS!" she shouted.
She flapped her wings and flew into the sky. Sleek had never met a nastier dragon. In this time of war everyone seemed close, as they had to work together in the testing times. They had to dig tunnels undeground, creating what they called Hallowed Grounds. They'd all been digging them for five long years now, and blessed them as they were the protection from the horrid war. Dragons burnt crystals underneath the ground to make potions, each from a route rock named Caster Xeno.
A Fear Dragon, usually on no side whatsoever. But this was a war between the Fire, Electric, Ice and Earth dragons on one side - winning, while the Poision, Air, Shadow, Light and Water dragons stood on another side - loosing.
Fear dragons just kept out of it, careless.
