how do you post pictures on posts. i read the help files but i dont understand. please help me.

well you have to upload it to a site like imageshack. and well omce you upload it, click on the picture then it should come up. click on it again and the picture wil show up yet again, but on its own with a white backgound. copy the link and put it in between the picture tool.
