I ignore game reviews. Most reviewers do this for a living, not for fun. I like what I like and I'll play something I hate for a decent story (Lunar, anyone? smilie).

Spyro on the Wii looks pretty hard. I've said this before on another post, and I'll say this again. The Wii requires you to jerk your hands continuously on order to attack. On the PS2, however, you just press a button to attack. Which sounds easier to you???? (Retorical Question.)

I know what sounds easier, but I also know what sounds more fun. I'd much rather play the Wii version than the PS2 version. The PS2's nearly dead! But it might live on, like the GBA...

I don't think you have to jerk your hands continuously. If anything, depending on the control scheme it can help. I mean, if I want to pull off a spin move in Crash of the Titans, I am a lot more comfortable shaking the wiimote while repeatedly pressing B rather than wriggling the control stick and repeatedly pressing B.

Concerning The Eternal Night though, I thought I heard through the previews that people got more comfortable using manual button presses for ground attacks and waving the Wiimote around for aerial combos. I think it sounds a little easier this way.
