you have to download a software like GIMP. and just start drawing your pic. the shinyness depends how good the artist is, it could take a while to make it. oh and seeing as u have read my story, i made a topic in the fan fiction section asking what you think of the character comet. comment if u like smilie

gimps aswoam i do all my pics throguh that it;s rely easy to pick up to i haven't done one in a while though :/

Just download Gimp it's free. You can do it on paint, just do some darker shades of colour.

paint is way to hard to use
gimp all the way mind you i bought a scaner just for this web site lol so i can draw the edit and colour

I have gimp but I can't find it on my computer any more
