Did you go and watch through the credits though? After the credits, there is a cutscene.

And if Cynder died, I wouldn't do anything, course what should I do? She is a fictional character. She will always live on in the imaginations anyway, so she wouldn't actully die.

If Cynder died, then Spyro would be very sad off course. And he would probely be angry with himself as well. I'm guessing Spyro loves Cynder (I think...), so Spyro might even commit suicide...

Spyro is too emotional with his relationship with Cynder.

I wouldn't mind. It would be good as long as Spyro became hard and tough like he used to be. It would make sense because the death of two loved ones would make him bitter and unwilling to really love again. Speaking of being bitter, I hope that if Spyro did get bitter he wouldn't be so obvious about it.

Eh, she probably would've gone in the clichéd "heroic sacrifice" method. What with her stepping in to take a death blow from Malefor in Spyro's place. e_e

Spyro probably would have gone dark spyro and ballistic then became sad and mabye even kill himself. While I would be going "YES!DOTD CYNDER IS DEAD HURRAY!" and if it was ANB or TEN Cynder I would be sad.

I don't know what I would think if Cynder died. Okay, I would be sad because she is my fave character. But she turned into this marry-sue and really disappointed me and made me somewhat angry because I couldn't believe that a great character turned into this marry-sue. So I would probably get over it in about 3 minuets. But if her personality didn't changed, then I would be sad for allot longer.

Well, I'd be a little shocked, but it depends on how she died.

Spyro would NOT commit suicide! He'd probably go after Malefor in a rage, the Malefor would beat the crap out of him, then Spyro would get sober but still save the world, but then he probably he wouldn't survive the end.(possibly) or he could accept the loss and move on and survive.

But if it were some quick, loud random death like what happens to the Cheshire Cat before you fight the Red Queen in Maerican McGee's Alice, that would be different...

They're fictional characters; it's not especially important what happens to them in fan fics, fan art, forum topics, or in peoples minds. As long as the makers of the game stay true to what the characters are (this is debatable depending on the indevidual's opinions), it really doesn't hurt.

Those were curiosities, some for shock value. If I made a Spyro game non of those things would be in the game, except the death of Cynder, but it wouldn't be like that. In my game, she would have played Spyro for a sucker, having been able to become evil again all along, she tries to ressurect Malefor and scorns Spyro. Spyro gets P**** off, forgets anything he ever felt for Cynder, and chases her down with all the gusto of classic Spyro having been restored by the realization that he was a fool, Cynder is to blame for all his misery (she secretly drained Ignitus of his powers in the Belt of Fire), and that she must die.

That's what happens when you die during the gameplay or did you know that?

You never know, Activision might get tired of Cynder. Or maybe they will use fan aid again; though It seems that for every person I meet who wants Cynder around there is another who wants here dead or doesn't care. Or maybe they would do the opposite of fan aid to make it more original. DotD was fan aid and it had some of the classic (not good classic) cleches. Death of a father figure, near-total destrution of the world, a "miracle" brought about by the hero, yadda yadda.
