Spike glitch [CLOSED]

I was watching a youtube vid a long time ago, where someone held down a button over the spikes by the castle where the ape lights the fire and it blows up. I tryed it by (ps2) going over the spikes and holding the X button, and he didn't get hurt untill you take your finger off of the X button.
