i need help!Anytime that...that thing kill me!!!

Same question was asked on the penny arcade boards. I could tell you the trick to the fight, but its more fun figuring it out yourself.

Well, there are two main strategies I used against this guy/girl.

Risky, quicker way:

-Duck at the beginning of the fight, dodging the huge sword swipe.
-Get in close and melee it until it starts blocking. DO NOT DO THE FINAL KNOCKBACK ATTACK OR THE BOSS WILL BLOCK IT WITHOUT FAIL AND COUNTER-ATTACK!
-Stop attacking and wait for the boss to wind up for an attack and then, attack quickly, countering the boss's attack!
-Combo it until it starts blocking.
-Repeat as needed.
-Strategy is risky for it require timing and speed ; the boss get quicker when its health get lower.

Slower, safer method:

-Duck the initial assault
-Jump and tail whip it then combo it until the biting/tail whip attack. Stop and then jump, doing a new aerial tail whip to knock the boss back.
-Land just in front of the hill where the fight begun and duck under the sword swipe if he does it. If he spit a green ball, jump backward and quickly return to your position.
-Resume your attack strategy each time the boss's sword get stuck in the ground. BE CAREFUL! The boss will sometimes fake out getting his sword stuck and block right away. Retreat back to the crevice in front of the hill and wait for the boss to get his sword stuck for real.
-Keep it up until the boss is defeated.

The boss is definitely challenging ; a great big boss for the end of the first "world". Still, if you keep at it, you'll eventually defeat it.
