Ok, I just bought the game and i'm at Skabb's ship. There's a cutscene where Spyro receves a letter from one of the prisonners. Guess who the letter was from? It was from Hunter! Yes, Hunter cuz the letter was signed: Hunter from Avalar! What if Hunter really is in the next game!?!?

though it's chronologically wrong, but meh. Who am I to blame? It's HUNTER! smilie And he's at the end? Awesome!

Hmm, this can only mean one thing.... Krome may be bringing characters from the original continuity into the new one.

Well, I don't really remember what he wrote but its in a cutscene where Spyro is in his prison cell in Skabb's ship.

EDIT: Hunter IS gonna be in the next game because:

In the ending, when Spyro, Sparx and Cynder are trapped under a big pile of rubble, after the credits, you can see a cheetah standing on a rock with a bow and arrow in his hands, wearing a suit of armor.I'm pretty sure that's Hunter.

I hate this because this destroys the possibility of the old series being connected to this, the new series. I wanted them to bridge, now they can't...that's awful.

Personally, I like that Krome is doing a series reboot. The old games went south after Insomniac stopped working on them, and even Insomniac was running out of ideas by the time YotD came about.

This new series opens a lot of new possibilities. I like to think of it as one of the universes next door to the old Spyro series. It's not the same, nor is it related to the old games, but it's a different take on them.

Honnestly, ever since i've completed TEN, I prefer the TLOS series more than the original series. I can't wait to play the third TLOS game!

The reboot is worth it. After this trilogy ends, it wouldn't surprise me that further games reintroduce more old characters into the news series. I can only imagine how they will be desinged.

Alright..but those who don't want to spoil the ending DON'T CLICK ON THE SPOILER BUTTON!

While ur fighting Gaul, Spyro gets possessed by the Dark Master. When u defeat him, Cynder gets Spyro to turn good again. But then the Mountain of Malefor (the Well of Souls) starts to cave in and Spyro, Sparx and Cynder are trapped. Fortunatly, Spyro was able to create a force field around them. So now they have no way to get out of there...unless Hunter can save them...
Then u hear The Chronicler saying: ''Young dragon, when you wake up...you will be in a different world. But know this: You are not alone...you have allies.''

And meh... I already new the ending of the game. My friend has the PS2 version and we played it together. Combined... we beat it in 4 and a half hours. Not that bad. <.<

Hunter? *Breaths* I am not going to even talk about that because if Hunter comes back...think about it! Would we need to play as hunter? *breaths* I would more like a large dragon in the third that finds Spyro while he was sleeping and it was his father or mother with a Message for Spyro that the world is in touble! And only he can help!

I hope that they don't bring any more of the characters back in. In AHT, it was too confusing. You had blink, Srgt.Bryd, Hunter, Sparx AND Spyro minigames. and it was just too much
