Help! Stuck on the Ship [CLOSED]

Okay, I'm stuck on the Pirate ship. I got to the part where you fight the Pirate Commander. Then, nothing happens. I don't know where to go from there. A little boat dropped off some bad guys, but that's it. There's no doors that are opened and nothing else going on, so if anyone could tell me where to go next, I'd be greatful.

Uh, which commander? The guy with the birds (Skabb)? Or one of the numerous big guys with flaming swords?
